Gentlemen Dominos is economical, as long as you use the application. There are always offers and discounts in the app. If they arrive at the place and you order the prices are more expensive. This pizza is medium, 2 toppings and was free due to the Emergency Pizza promotion. I repeat, use the app and create an account for points, the prices are much cheaper🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 The only negative thing about Dominos is how expensive the dips, BBQ, ranch, garlic, etc. $1.25 each? I mean, 2 dollars will buy me a whole bottle of any kind.

The food was amazing but yall took unnecessarily long to give us our food. like i know yall see us waiting to be served and yall took almost 20 minutes to give us some breadsticks. and then when i wanna ask wheres the cashier yall wanna give me attitude.. yall better not be wondering why yall getting such bad reviews because yall are freaking horrible..

I understand individual stores don’t control the online ordering app, but it shouldn’t take 2.25 hours to get a pizza delivered. The order tracking step by step is very inaccurate.
Now, while I don’t blame the store for the online app, I WILL BLAME THEM for the quality of my pies. We ordered pizzas with EXTRA CHEESE. Not only did we not get the extra cheese that I paid extra for, WE BARELY EVEN GOT CHEESE!
If you’re swamped, I get it. They’re probably trying to rush to get the pizzas out to satisfy customers, but take a little more pride. Would you be happy if you got THIS delivered? And these are their “Black Boxes”

I have given this place, Domino's on Grand Ave, Waukegan, the benefit of the doubt but no longer. I order a pizza with what and how I want it and it never arrives the way we order it. I am not even sure why I select options when someone making the pizza do not follow the requested way. Everytime the cheese it up pop up menu comes up I say sure, why not only to get my pizza that barely resembles its got cheese on it and its usually under cooked grated shaped cheese peices. I ask for well done because their pizza is always undercooked. Never. SLow the oven chain down and let the pizza cook! I ask for square cut sometimes and it always comes in pie cut. And yes...$7 dollar add on fee for delivery plus I always give a driver tip.
Guess its time to move on. Quit going to Subway around here because they are terrible now also. For the same price, I can go elsewhere! I know nothing will change but maybe people will read this and say enough is enough. $27 for a simple large pizza with a few toppings and that is while their 50% off promotion is going on.

Avoid this location like the pandemic and DO NOT ORDER ITALIAN SAUSAGE FROM THIS PLACE as it looks worse than dog food and it is not appetizing or appealing! They do not advertise this Italian sausage in their photos. I spent a pretty penny here and always do and it was a complete waste of money because no one in my house was okay with dog food on our pizza! I called the store and the guy just gas lit me the entire time. I asked for his supervisors number, called and left the supervisor a message and still have not received a call back! This location has terrible customer service and don’t say you were not warned.
They don't give you a package of cheese or chili, you have to buy jars of each.

I can only say this. The manager took an order over the phone. There was no order. So we placed order on line. She assured me that there is one order. Both got delivered. Than police came because the manager stated We didn't pay. When in fact She was on the phone with me calling me names and threatening me. I had ordered food there for 6 years. And this lady had created this drama and than said she has my adress and she will be in frontvof my house.
