Hate this dunkin, the most annoying part they can't take any bills over 50 like what? They have to understand and accommodate to their customers, not everyone has a debit card and for them to only take 20 dollar bills is very very inconvenient, headed to Starbucks instead where they DID take my money, thank you Starbies!!

I wish I can give them a 0 star because they made my strawberry refresher with lemonade so terrible. The lemonade was not in the drink they mix it with the water. The guy who works in the afternoon I was there at like 4pm. I always use my points because I use my app to order and he told me my points wasn’t working and I paid for my drink. The same day I went to the other store in Belvidere my points works for that drinks. He has no idea with all of this I don’t know how they do their costumer service. You have know everything and be patient.
