I wish I can give them a 0 star because they made my strawberry refresher with lemonade so terrible. The lemonade was not in the drink they mix it with the water. The guy who works in the afternoon I was there at like 4pm. I always use my points because I use my app to order and he told me my points wasn’t working and I paid for my drink. The same day I went to the other store in Belvidere my points works for that drinks. He has no idea with all of this I don’t know how they do their costumer service. You have know everything and be patient.

One of my go to’s when im on my way to work and have time! Great service!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I went to the drive-thru and was asked to wait. I think they forgot about me so I drove into the parking area. My niece and I walked in and we were not acknowledged. Finally after 3 minutes a young guy took our order. They only had 4 types of doughnuts; it was 12N and they ran out of the popular ones is what we were told. Lastly, the inside was filthy and in desperate need of sanitation. The stainless steel coffee machines were dusty, service area floors were dirty; not a great scene for customers. It was only two employees there and it was not busy at all so what’s their excuse for the lack of service and filthy facility? Oh! I almost forgot…that was the nastiest, driest doughnut I ever ate. I threw it on the ground for the birds; but I bet they didn’t eat it. LOL!!!!

Strangest experience of my life. I went to this particular dunkin and I got about 50% of the stuff that I ordered, which is fine because they offered alternatives to what I ordered. But the kicker was when all of this was going on, a kid came out of the dunkin with a drive thru headset taking out the trash. Like damn bruh; they got kids working in this mf????? Otherwise the food was aight. The middle Of my sandwich was cold and I got the wrong bread, but the drinks was good asl. 2/5 stars

Place looks a bit unkept. A gentlemen keeps advertising that he tattoos on the side if anyone is interested getting tattooed in his basement. They never have things in stock and always get my orders wrong
