If I could give 0 reviews I would. The girls are not doing anything besides making tiktoks and being on FaceTime! I had to come back 3 times!!! Because they either forgot something or made the food taste horrible!! Whatever girls worked November 16 around 11 am need to be terminated. Ridiculous.

I was in Waukegan IL taking care of business and I was looking for a place to to buy a iced coffee and to wait for my appointment, I found Dunkin donuts down the street from the building on Grand Ave, the prices for the coffee has went up some but I enjoyed my small decaf iced coffee with almond milk and pumpkin swirl! Next time I'll get a bigger one 😩

12/29/24 went to this location and was served in under 5 mins guy who took our order was awesome. Was at the lewis location and waited 5 mins to be greeted thru drive thru

Went in for some donuts and some coffee for me and my sisters. Was served by 2 girls Karly and Skarlet they were really sweet both of them I had a really good service as well, the coffee tasted good and we enjoy it so much ☺️

Just drove up to this Dunkin for some ice cream, and cold drinks.
Was served by Skarlet and Carlie. Carlie was the most rude Crew member out of them 2, rolling her eyes at my husband and I when we pulled up to the window.
And after O asked if one drink was missing something. I proceeded to ask for a manager/lead Skarlet stated there was no manager at the time.
She called a manager (Josmar)
He said to advise me to call or come in from 6am to 2pm.
What a way to kill or last day of the weekend!!!
