I asked the employee if they had munchkins on the drive thru she said yes because I order a coffee and I ask her if I can order some she tells me we about to closed what kind of stupid answer was that unprofessional never will come again and literally she had customers she took care of behind my car I’ll make sure I’ll let my friends know not to come to this store

there was about 30 flies all over the donuts which I found absolutely disgusting. I ordered a strawberry drink which was WAYY too sweet, and when I asked the employees if they could add some water, they refused unless I payed for the drink entirely again plus extra for the water. I didn’t even finish half of the drink when I threw it away right before leaving.

There lazy and just stupid. They closed @7:50 and we got there 7:52 pm and they said there closed. Like how lazy can yall be. I was just gonna get a dounut for my niece and a drink it’s not hard. Just slow. The manger should really train these ppl how to work. There wasn’t even nobody in line. I work fast food and I know it can be irritating towards the end and yall just wanna go home. But the customers are always important. Treat others how u wanna be treated. If u can’t handle the stress and customers then u shouldn’t work fast food. U should mow a lawn or fix the roads. Bc clearly yall hate yall job. lol it’s ridiculous how Dunkin’s in Waukegan are.

Compared to my drip brewer at home (a Technician Moccamaster with a #4 Melitta and I usually use Gevalia House Blend), Dunkin Donuts maybe compares well to yesterday's spent coffee grounds, filtered through an old gym sock that's been in the hamper all week, and then served lukewarm with a ton of syrup in it.
That is to say, this place has some really terrible coffee. And the only reason to go here is if you desperately need something that's technically coffee while you wait on a car repair next door.
Also bought two donuts and was charged for three. When I pointed this out to another worker, they asked what I wanted for a third donut, and I am told them I wanted a refund of the $1.75 on my card.
So nasty cold coffee, sickening sweet, overbilled for donuts.

Came to this location and the employees were so clueless about the menu when I was ordering. Had to open the Dunkin app and show them the drink I wanted because they had no clue what was going on.

The latina woman behind counter at 347 p.m I believe her last name is Cruz. I'm not sure she had no name tag at all. But that's not my point. She touched the inside of my bag with her bare hands and had an attitude when I asked her to put on gloves!! I asked in the nicest way! People shouldnt be mad when you ask them to do their job properly! If your not supposed to use the gloves then why are they there!?
