Wish I Could’ve left 0 Stars!! I stopped in yesterday morning for some coffee & while there decided that I wanted to bring home some donuts for my family. while looking at the options I noticed bugs crawling on ALL the donuts. I informed the guy at the counter that there were bugs flying on all the donut's . he looked over to where I was pointing, looked at the donut case , shrugged his shoulders , looked me dead in my eyes & said “ do you want some or no “ I said absolutely not!!! Needless to say I won’t be coming back to that location again ! & I reached out to the health department! Absolutely disgusting!! 🤢

Too many flies around donuts. This is in the winter, imagine what summer will be like. Management needs to take action or Waukegan health inspector should shut down place until they show meaningful change to assure clean area/food.

If I was able to give this location 0 stars I would .. they Service is horrible every time I stop by this location I get disappointed I stop here only because it’s up the street from my house ! They make the drinks any kind of way either water down or to strong ! If I do a mobile order 10 , 15 mins early when I go to pick it up it’s still not ready ! A bunch of young teenagers work there ! Do better :(
I asked the employee if they had munchkins on the drive thru she said yes because I order a coffee and I ask her if I can order some she tells me we about to closed what kind of stupid answer was that unprofessional never will come again and literally she had customers she took care of behind my car I’ll make sure I’ll let my friends know not to come to this store

there was about 30 flies all over the donuts which I found absolutely disgusting. I ordered a strawberry drink which was WAYY too sweet, and when I asked the employees if they could add some water, they refused unless I payed for the drink entirely again plus extra for the water. I didn’t even finish half of the drink when I threw it away right before leaving.
