SLOW EMPLOYEES WITH ATTITUDE. This place takes forever. People come and order 3-5 items in the menu and is not enough people to attend to customers. I ordered a hot latte and Juana the attendant declined to use my cup. After she finally brought my beverage it was warm, not hot. Go to Starbucks instead

BUT SECOND SHIFT STAFF VERY microaggresional ... not so much words but the actions show and the political climate we are in.. the attitude isn't needed. Go first shift!! I said what I said though.
The staff dose not know how to make coffee ordered twice and my coffee was horrible and staff was very rude do not recommend

Doesnt even recheck if they have the right order for the customer said iced coffee gave me iced chai she didnt even bother confirming the order in the drive thru just took my card and swiped it
