The management at this Dunkin, specifically, Hugo, the manager, needs to go. Hugo is on the most unprofessional and rude employee I have ever seen. First, he didnāt make the drink right. When asked to fix it, Hugo didnāt seem to care and wanted to charge more to fix the drink. I ended up getting a refund for the drink that should have been made according to my preferences and taste. I hope the owners of this place take the reins to prevent further ruining of Dunkin brand name.

I ordered the everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and they barely put any cream cheese on was very disappointed The bagel was barely warm as well. The iced coffee I got was good as always but would not go to this location
