Euforia cafe has the best matcha I’ve ever tasted, i’lI definitely be recommending this cafe to my closest friends! When I received my drinks they were nice and warm just how I asked for it. The chocolate muffin had a chocolaty and savory taste to it. 🥰

Literally what is this place. I feel like I just left a fever dream. The music is blasting, the speakers kept randomly booming and making me jump, there was a DJ on the mic that kept saying “soup”? The coffee was bad and my smoothie was bad 😭 there was a dog barking the entire time and it was extremely loud. I went in to study and definitely did not retain any information. I felt like I was at a Christmas themed night club and generally had a lot of anxiety. Worker was super pretty tho love her!

The vibes are great, very cool place. But EVERY SINGLE time.. EVERY time I come here the service is HORRIBLE! Couple days ago in the morning I went and ordered a simple Medium coffee and pastry. LITERALLY took them 21 minutes… i understand there’s busy days, but EVERY single time I come here it’s always like this.
As many workers they have in the front, there timing is ALWAYS off and late. It’s annoying, come here if you have patience. Besides that its horrible service, the tables are dirty as well!! I’ve never seen them clean them off. I always gotta clean mine

Me and my sister stopped by on Wednesday around 11:48am. We had heard great things! 🔥☝️😌
We walked in behind a woman and her dog. Dogs are prohibited in restaurants in Illinois unless it’s a service dog. Which the dog wasn’t. 🐾 ☝️😳 They also serve alcohol which is disappointing to me as I’m in recovery. Coffee shops are usually a safe haven for those who abstain from spirits. 🍷☝️😔
My sister got her mid coffee and stale donut roughly 5 minutes into our 23 minute wait for my two drinks. Originally I had ordered 3 drinks and 2 donuts. My donuts were also meh. As we’re 18 minutes into our wait time, a barista tells me they actually can’t make the Despierta energy shot because they don’t have carrots. She talks it over with management and I get my $4 refund, cool. 💸☝️😀 I ordered the $5.88 Tree of Life cold pressed juice and it was lukewarm and tasted of mostly celery and maybe a pinch of the rest of the ingredients. I also ordered the $4.88 Choco Banana smoothie, it was okay. 🤷♂️
They have a sign on their wall that says “Los Cosas Buenas Toman Tiempo”, a statement never rang more false.
Just stopped in, and had to see people behind me get their order. So ridiculous I had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel, I ended up leaving and didn’t get it after mentioning it to a staff member she said “working on it” waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Very Poor customer service, if I see someone waiting I would do my best to get them on their way. Do not recommend.

Charming Little Bistro in the Heart of Waukegan This cozy café in the heart of Waukegan really caught me by surprise with its delicious offerings. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is excellent. Service was pleasant and attentive, making the whole experience even better.
