Don't waste your money!!!!! I took a chance after seeing the bad reviews because I grew up on Hillery's and it was always fire. I ordered the medium rib tips and had to throw them away. It had a foul smell to it like the meat wasn't washed properly, then it had more fat then meat and the taste was horrible. I was so disappointed didn't think it could be true but ppl stay away definitely won't be eating from here again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed a $200 order Tuesday for my work for Saturday. They said I can call back Thursday or Friday to make a payment. Tried calling mutiple times throughout the day Thursday to make a payment but Saturday. No answer and calls are being forward to voicemail. It is not almost noon on Friday and we have tried calling 3 times to make a payment and still the same. No answer. Calls being forwarded to voicemail. When I called to place the order on Tuesday, they answered right away. Lady seemed nice. If they didn't want our business, they should have spoke up and said something. I can call from my work phone and it will ring but my cell number seems to be blocked. Bad for business if you ask me because we were going to order from here probably 1 Saturday every month. Heard great things about their food and it's a shame I will never try it now because of the customer service.UPDATE: They called me at 11 am on Saturday, 1 hour before I WAS suppose to pick up my order, and asked if we would still like to order... As if I wasn't trying to call for 2 days straight to pay for the order??

I don't understand what communication barriers are in place that cause an order to be incorrect everytime but they always seem to mess up. We ordered a chicken dinner and a catfish dinner with sauce on the side and they proceeded to smother the chicken in sauce and did not include the fries or slaw. The employees will not greet you and seem rude. They also have a no refund sign so you are stuck with whatever mess they decide to give you.

The best BBQ Period. Often imitated never duplicated. A+ service, friendly staff, fair prices, and again the best BBQ Period. I drive 1 hour just to visit and it's worth it everytime. Thanks Hillary's.

I spent $103.40 and gave a tip for a pick up, 5 lunch specials and 5 combos of catfish and tips, I dont know where the hype reviews are coming from but the rib tips were like rubber the rest of the food was ok maybe 3 stars. But I will not order from here again the ribs were tough like it was yesterdays meal and who knows maybe it was.

I ordered a $44.00 pan of Tips with sauce on the side in advance for a family gathering for 9/3/22 Saturday morning pick-up at 11:20 am. The tips were aweful. They looked like they were taken from the freezer and heated in the microwave. Light brown in color, no grill marks and very little flavor. My family and I were very disappointed. Not interested in ordering from there ever again.

Came into store on Lewis ave ordered two xl rip tips dinners the ribs where poorly chopped more bones than meat seem like they take 3 day old meat and try to drown them in sauce, and the fries are terribly under cooked and looked like they where dropped on the floor then cooked this place use to be top shelf not any more been coming for years not any more if you want tender ribs make them your self, customer service sucks always frowns on everyone faces, lost me as a customer for good. This place doesn't even rate one star, cant post without leaving at least one star.
I not only had a bad experience but. This unfortunate situation happened more than ones. I simply asked for plain wings w sauce on the side n another 8pc wing meal n got all the way home and I got a 6 six instead of 8pc and there was extremely too much sauce on my wings when I asked for plain wings smh. By the time I got back to the restaurant the rest of my food cold n they only gave me another 6pc as a replacement smh I'd never go to this restaurant ever again.

Best Ribs In Town!!!Phone orders are hard to make so just best to walk in and order. They are fast and you get to enjoy the BBQ smells while you wait. The Ribs, Catfish, Shrimp, Hot Links and chicken are amazing. The staff is friendly and always working hard to bring you the best food around. They sometimes have desserts like German cake.Parking is limited. They have a drive through but I never use it.

I literally come here EVERYDAY!!!! I love Hillerys! Never had a bad meal! Always fire! Good service, very clean, and food is ALWAYS accurate! They’re very CONSISTENT! And if you like to eat like I do, then you know consistency is a must!! As in it’s always going to taste as good as the last time you’ve had it!
