loveddd my boba tea!! and sushi was really good but the guy who helped me out had an attitude for no reason! if not would’ve gave 5 stars :/. place is soo aesthetically pleasing and cute though!

Went for the bubble tea. Was told they only use dairy milk bases and will not make it without the milk. They also do not have lactose free alternatives. They shouldn't call it bubble tea if all they make is milkshakes with boba. Highly disappointed.

First time and already a fan, the staff was friendly right from the get go and the overall amount of time spent there was probably 4 minutes. Quick, easy and not to mention the tapioca balls were the perfect consistency. 10/10 will absolutely go again.

I've come to this place 4 times and all 4 times they did not have tapioca balls. The first time I dealt with it and got my strawberry/mango smoothie with out it. The next 3 times I went they always informed me they are out of tapioca so I just turned around and left. I found out about this place searching for bubble tea near me because I didn't want to drive to Vernon Hills anymore. The reviews were good so I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. Let's hope the 5th time is a charm.

First time here and my family and I are picky about bubble tea. And after reading some of the reviews figured to try this place out. Bubble Tea was Awesome!! Will be going bk for more bubble tea and will try out there food menu next time. Def recommend!!

Fantastic and unpretentious! Really get the feeling the owner cares about food and flavor without regard for glitz and glamour. Don't think of it as a dive either. Great lighting, comfortable seating arrangement and they do takeout as well. Great menu. Going back tomorrow to try a sushi burrito?!?!

Their food is good, but their hours suck! I ordered food 15 min before closing and they said I had to order to go . they were rushing me out! Another time I went the door the door was open! I went inside the sign says open but they wouldn't give me a bubble tea because they said they were closed!
If you come in the evening, they might run out of tapioca; and also my milf teas taste watery. But mainly, the lady who took my order was not friendly. Probably will never come here because of the bad customer service.
