I've ordered here before. My order has always been correct. I'm not sure what was happening here today....but whoever the cook was, does not know how to read orders. Both orders were extra lemon pepper. There was less than if it were regular lemon pepper. To top it off. We ordered fried green tomatoes....it was missing from our bag. We live 20 minutes away. We drove especially for JJs. So to order, get home and see we didn't have the correct order was frustrating. The fries were also refried. It was very obvious. Due to us being so far. We called to see about our fried green tomatoes, but guess what. It was impossible to speak to a representative of the establishment. When we got there, there were no cars or customers. I cannot use the excuse of them being busy for how incorrect our order was.

The owner has horrible customer service attitude. As someone who never ate from there my fiance was asking questions about specific foods items on the menu. The owner gave very smart aleck remarks and got frustrated. Our total was $82 (mind you). We get home only to see that the owner purposely put soooooo much salt on the chicken, that we could not eat the chicken (we both have high blood pressure). The fish and gizzards he didn’t put ANY seasoning AT ALL…. The fish tasted, very sea like, raw??. To become personal with someone’s food or play with someone’s health is dangerous and evil. I have never witnessed such treatment from a business. If he didn’t want our business, I rather he just issued a refund at that time. HORRIBLE PERSON AND PLACE TO EAT. We ended up throwing $82 worth of food away, we couldn’t stomach any of it. I will never eat from this place ever again.
