I would like to start with the fact that I have never posted anything. But for pure princaple I feel I have to on this. I went in for dinner for myself my grandma and my girlfriend. They have a deal when you buy a giant sub you get one for 5 dollars. So I have my girlfriend place and order for her and my grandma a 2 giant philly cheese steak. Then I placed a separate order for myself 2 giant roast beef. They tell me we can't order separately and both get the deal. So they won't honor there special because they say we are together. I will never go back again to this location. I will make sure to tell everyone I know in my area to go to another location that is not operated by the same ownership.

Food is good, but the staff is trash. They treat their customers like garbage. Manager is a racist. Read their google reviews before going here. Better to drive a little further to a jersey mikes that doesn't hire people like this.

First time ever to try jersey mikes went with my son gave our order n name of Anthony few minutes later guy named Dave looks at me and says Javier what due u want on you sandwich my name is not Javier but his looking dead at me and there's more ppl there but I'm the only Hispanic there so to me that's racist asf n I will be calling your supervisor told him n showed him my receipt of name Anthony gives me attitude so I called him bill. Not a good experience at all

If you don’t do anything else in your like get the famous Philly. It’s very good. I can literally eat this everyday.
Cashiers were not trained on differences between a $20.00 bill that was made in 1990, compared to a $20.00 bill that was made in 2024. Cashier thought that my money was counterfeit. Jersey Mikes should include the differences in money made in different years.
