The kids computer froze up we felt really bad for him and his manager kept on saying just press the button she wouldn't even ring us up in the drive through computer she sat there and made us wait she was complaining to her boyfriend and his friends that she had to work 16 hours and giving her boyfriend and his friends free food she should be fired horrible management horrible

We ordered the 2 piece chicken meal and with 3 sides we got 6 pieces of chicken and no coleslaw slaw. The service was horrible. We went back in to tell them about it and we get 6 wings. Was so disappointed in the service tonight. The people behind us order was messed up as well.

I went at lunch time noone in line but me... I asked for a famous bowel with extra gravy. she give me a bowel half full and no gravy... don't they realize we are paying higher prices now and expect our orders to be as we order.. We are on lunch and can not go back and ask them to correct it.. Poor service

I love the biscuits, i have been hyperfixating on their biscuits, i like to deskin the biscuits and ONLY. Eat the middle, it is soft, buttery, heavy in my mouth, if you have problems with Uber eats. Talk to the uber. Stayed here once until closing and witnessed no Uber and foo be held FOR the Ubers, after hours, uber finally arrived. From my perspective, this place is amazing, its just the Uber eats people are terrible. Come in person if you actually want to be proven wrong, this place is spotless, and have amazing biscuits ive ever had.

I went to pick up a mobile order for my gf expecting what we ordered. That was not the case here. We ordered 2 Mike's Hot Honey sandwiches with 2 biscuits with mashed& gravy. They did not have the Mike's hot honey and didn't bother saying anything beforehand. I just tried calling to complain and no one is picking up the phone. I would imagine 30 mins before close that someone can hear the phone go off in an empty restaurant. I honestly want a refund but don't think I'll be seeing that money anytime soon. I demand compensation for this.

Ubereats has completely changed if you were smart I would use a different app for Foods delivery service this is absolutely garbage they have changed their service where you cannot talk to customer support anymore everything is done online so if you have your order messed up good luck in getting help to get your food fixed now you have to wait hours on hours and wait for an agent to get off their hind horse to fix the problem and give you a refund or credit so you could reorder this is absolutely ridiculous. Plus, with this restaurant KFC Waukegan Illinois, they don't answer their or they hang up on you

Got a famous bowl and had to wait so long for watered down potatoes that were soooo watered down it was doing through my fork with only 3 small pcs of chicken. Paid $16 for watery potatoes. Never going back again

I honestly love this place,it is amazing,the staff is nice and welcoming!The chicken is amazing and always fresh as well as the sides,the staff look well organized and professional! I rate this place a 10/10 must come again!

I don't normally rate fast food restaurants...it's kind of silly to me haha. But I have to give this place props...their service is really, really good and the food is always great, too. I haven't experienced that with very many drivethrus. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. I've never had an issue.
