Fantastic service! The young worker Rafael who was the cashier is very charismatic and made my day go from being horrible to being amazing! Food was great and overall, it definitely filled my belly.

They don't answer the phone
Placed a mobile order and was asked to wait an extra 25 minutes after the app started order was ready... once I actually got my order - it wasn't even cooked!!! Got home getting ready to feed the kids- I couldn't give them UNCOOKED chicken!!! I had order extra sides so thats what they ended up eating. The staff was only worried about the drive- thru customers and ignored the once picking-up. This KFC has always been the worst and its been over a year since I bought here.... Again I should of gone with my gut and NEVER get food from here again...... Pick it up KFC!!! Do BETTER.

Horrible customer service!! I went through the drive thru and decided to change what kind of chicken I wanted then I heard through the speaker the worker calling me stupid. KFC do better and hire more PROFESSIONAL people. I unfortunately did not get the workers name otherwise I would have reported her.

Horrible food. I have been trying to reach them for 2 hours because my food was burned to the point it was hard. No one answers the phone. They let it go to voicemail. I am calling corporate in the morning.

I have been dying to eat barbecue chicken all week long and I couldn’t make it myself because I had been sick. So I placed an order w/Uber Eats for KFC of the 3 piece chicken meal. I’m getting ready to dig in, the order was already messed up they gave me white instead of dark. Then to top it off there was a long piece of hair mixed in with the barbecue sauce when I pulled my wing apart, hissed me the hell out. Tried calling them to tell them no answer…..bad business and they need hair nets

They don't check the carbonated beverages we received a fizzy brown water. The wedges were burned and the remaining food was cold. It can't be this hard to put together an order. For the prices at the least your food should be hot and edible.

The food was good but it wasn’t hot.
The person taking my order didn’t know what to do because he was knew. Luckily the registers have a screen that the customers can see. I saw him ringing up more then what I was ordering. Finally a manager came over to help.
I asked for butter (biscuit) and they don’t have butter.
The women’s restroom has a slight sewage odor.

Just left there about 15 minutes ago for the 12 honey barbecue wings and a six piece honey barbecue wing combo did not receive the six piece and on top of that order extra biscuit and did not receive. And no one is answering the phone service sucks.

Horrible experience I ordered the honey barbecue wing 12 piece and a small potato wedges totaling $20.67. I asked the cashier can I get extra sauce? She stated to me no that they don’t put extra sauce on the chicken you get it how it comes and then she had me waiting over eight minutes And then told me that she forgot my order that she’s about to drop the chicken now so it’ll be another seven minutes and I requested my money back and she stated to me they don’t do refunds and I never received the chicken. then proceeded to tell me well, let me see if he can do it. Your money will be back on your card 3 to 5 business days.I WILL NEVER GO TO KFC ON LEWIS AGAIN.. & all of this is from the manager
