I honestly love this place,it is amazing,the staff is nice and welcoming!The chicken is amazing and always fresh as well as the sides,the staff look well organized and professional! I rate this place a 10/10 must come again!

I don't normally rate fast food restaurants...it's kind of silly to me haha. But I have to give this place props...their service is really, really good and the food is always great, too. I haven't experienced that with very many drivethrus. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. I've never had an issue.

Got a wierd green looking chicken tinder almost looked moldy that also had a mysterious string coming from it. Didn’t even get a receipt and didn’t realize till I got home.

Second time I ordered mashed and gravy with my combo and received gravy only. Also no straws for the drinks. I ordered online for the food to be ready at 7 p m. and clicked on plates and utensils needed and got nothing. The Zion location is so much better than this place in Waukegan.

Usually go there once a week, thinking about changing my mind. Twice I was told no crispy white meat, so I left. Next time was great. Today, ordered big box crispy white meat, mash potatoes, cole slaw and large raspberry ice tea. Got home to 2 dry original recipe breasts and a small wing. Tried to call but no answer. Not to happy with this place right now.

Went to drive through and only cash was bi accepted in order for me to get it. I have to go inside where they only accept the debit or Apple Pay doesn’t make sense. I called corporate. They said that is unacceptable and they should take credit card cash and whatever and maybe the lady at the drive-through told me that it was too complicated for them to do the credit card and swipe it in the front for me since I have a knee replacement totally unacceptable. Popeyes is right down the street and I’m just gonna stick with Popeyes. I’ll pay a little bit more but you know what at least they are wonderful with customers…
The Sunday we went they had no drive thru option and dine in/take out/pick up service was 20-30 minutes behind. Had a new employee taking orders and on the cash register. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT DAY !!!

Went thru drive thru waited in line for like 10 mins. Got up there went to order chicken strips was told they were out and would be like 25 min wait. I questioned the lady as to why she said very rude to me "oh we have to deal with online orders first. So I pulled out the drive thru and pulled back in and ordered online. Ya food was what I expected and service sucked. I like that I couldn't can't order in person thru why even have them. Very poorly thought out in my opinion. Normally KFC is awesome.
