Fantastic service! The young worker Rafael who was the cashier is very charismatic and made my day go from being horrible to being amazing! Food was great and overall, it definitely filled my belly.

The food was good but it wasn’t hot.

The person taking my order didn’t know what to do because he was knew. Luckily the registers have a screen that the customers can see. I saw him ringing up more then what I was ordering. Finally a manager came over to help.

I asked for butter (biscuit) and they don’t have butter.

The women’s restroom has a slight sewage odor.

I went at lunch time noone in line but me... I asked for a famous bowel with extra gravy. she give me a bowel half full and no gravy... don't they realize we are paying higher prices now and expect our orders to be as we order.. We are on lunch and can not go back and ask them to correct it.. Poor service
