We recently ordered a cake from Rubi’s Bakery for our daughter’s 6-month celebration, and it was absolutely perfect! From the design to the taste, everything exceeded our expectations. The cake was beautifully crafted, delicate, and personalized just for the occasion.

Not only was it visually stunning, but the flavors were rich and balanced without being too sweet—perfect for both kids and adults. You can tell that a lot of care went into making it. The staff was so accommodating, listening to all our requests and providing excellent suggestions to make it even more special.

Thank you so much for making this milestone in our daughter’s life even more memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back for future celebrations!

The bread is very tasty and at a good price, I recommend updating or checking their hours, it says that it closes at 8-30, I called and they told me that it is still open, that it closes at 9, and if I managed to go because I wanted to, The jellies were very tasty, I bought three different ones and the fruit lady recommended them to me, they are very tasty too

Before going to Rubi’s, I went to my 1st choice looking for a birthday cake but unfortunately there wasn’t anymore 3 leches cake. Rubi’s was my 2nd choice this place had varieties of cakes at good good prices. I also bought some sweet bread and some Honduran products. I will go back to this bakery again.

Well maintained clean and orderly with a wide selection of freshly baked goods. Very reasonably priced. Tried the tamales too and they didn’t disappoint! Go support this clearly hard working local business!

I started going to this place before it switched owners and name. Continued to go because I was use to going there and actually started liking the new place. Already very friendly with the lady owner. They sometimes do vary the things they make. For example, one thing you buy one week might not be there the next week but whatever they have made is good. Everything always looks and taste fresh. They sometimes do have a variety of bread. I do recommend this place. I still need to try out their cakes.Update (12/2/23): I still go here to get my bread. There are usually other people at the register that make the experience iffy. When the owner use to be there charging, she would make you feel welcome and very friendly. But other than that the sweet breads are still good. They sometimes lack an extra baker that is why some times they have a fewer selection. I have by now tried their cakes a few times and they are very well done. Taste is on point, very delicious. They let you choose the details and make it as that. I still do recommend it. We have tried other places but end up coming back to this one.

First time I went here, it was the middle of the day in the early fall. Bread was fine, more than fine really. The concha’s has a taste I never experienced before and soft with a nice strong coco flavor with a richness to the bread unlike what I’ve tasted before as I’m used to eggy conchas, Girlfriend said they taste like the ones from Mexico. The bolios were soft, although they lacked a bit in flavor, they were serviceable. Overall a good experience.Second time I went, I got there when they opened. I went in there expecting freshly made bread. Instead, sadly what I had found was day old bread being sold at full price. The concha’s were stiff, and didn’t even have the same flavor as last time. Instead was more of a standard concha, if not drier and blander. In fact, there wasn’t a single piece on bread made fresh for that day yet. Rather disappointing if I’m being honest, I expect consistency when it comes to bakeries in regards to the quality and schedule. As it is very important to me when it comes to the schedule for when they make the product. I try to always go in the mornings to get freshly made goods. What good is a place when I can’t expect that in the morning when they open?As a side note, if you’re not paying with cash it’s a seven dollar minimum to use card. Though with how unsatisfied I was with my second trip it may not even be worth remembering that as I will most likely not come back.I’m aware my review seems more critical in reading than how I rate it. And that’s cause I did enjoy the first time. So at the very least I acknowledge that they can do good work. I just can’t rely on them as my go to bakery for around here.

Parking: Parking lot is a bit tight, thankfully it never seems to get busy. So it’s never a issue.
