Very bad service, the dorilocos didn't have even a drop of lemon. The lady asked yes, but in a very bad way. They regularly ask you how much sauce or cream you want and this woman didn't take the entire order reluctantly. I asked for yogurt with extra fruit and he didn't understand me, he wanted to give me a bionico......terrible. Besides, they were giving them soup or some free product for the purchase and they treated us in a bad way throughout the stay.

I stopped by again today 01/05/2025 one of the ladies was talking with a customer she was not taking care of...I waited and waited and instead of taking care of me she passed me and took care of the next customer as if I was not there and she totally ignored me when another lady asked her who was next she told them pointing at the last person on the line. Terrible service and horrible people working there. Ladies if you do not want to work just do not go to work respect the costumers. They are rude and disrespectful!!!

Worst service, asking to have ingredients served sepparately because things get soggy, is like I’m asking rocks from mars… and the rolling eyes the staff makes beyond what I can stand. Wont be coming back!!!!

Me, my sisters, and my nieces and nephews came in to dine in and two of the ladies up in front were distracted talking to each other. We were attended but shortly after we got one of our orders taken by one of the same ladies and she quite literally walked away from what she was doing and proceeded to keep talking to the former lady she was talking to. We had to ask someone else for our order. Both ladies were older and they keep eyeing us when we sat down. The corn also has a funky taste. I asked the same lady from before for a cup and she had a tone in her voice that seemed rude.

I've been hearing rumors that the 'tortas' @ Michoacana is really good! So I had to try it, ? it was alright (maybe add some refried beans would make it better ?). The "agua fresca" was delicious ? & the elote ? was kinda spicy, I'm glad I went. With great ? service!

Prices increased and service is worseYou treat yourself as if you don't need salesIt's not worth going there nor is it good anymore and I'm sure they don't plan to do anything about it because they don't care about the customers.
