Waited 2 hours for them to tell me that my order wasn't ready. Despite the app telling me it was ready. They ultimately canceled the order after waiting an hour in there overcrowded lobby.

ive accidentally used GPS to come here a handful of times and never once successfully left with pizza

I had to wait almost two hours to get one pizza. The pizza was sitting near the window for an additional ten minutes just because I had to wait for the sauce. When asked to reheat it, I was told it would be another hour.

I try to give this Location a chance but to be honest the service is SO BAD! I know it’s Little Caesars what do you expect but seriously..!? The pizza not being fully cooked and Now it’s the crazy bread Not cooked… They are always behind on orders and the place is SO unorganized, always forgetting something…but they stand around on their phones..

If I could rate this place a zero, trust me I would !! It’s unbelievable that my sister in law to wait over 2+ hours even tho I had place an order online! She place the order around 4 the app tells me that it was ready alittle over 5, The place was busy so she waited for the people that wore before me to place their order / ask for their mobile order, once she was next the girl behind the counter told her that the order was literally just picked by door dash mins before she got to the counter, and she told him that she didn’t order thru DoorDash she had placed the order thru their app like she normally does she showed her the receipt, the name that the order was place under, she goes to the back to talk to the “ manager “ comes back and tells me to provide her a bank statement cus how was she sure that she did place the order and wasn’t trying to steal someone else order, never have I ever heard of a restaurant ask someone for a bank statement, and call cooperate, I didn’t know if to laugh or get mad idk but come on little ceasers, what type of people are you hiring !? They don’t know costumer service, they don’t know how to manage situations like this you ask them questions on what you can do and their only answer is “ I don’t know , “ rolling their eyes and walk away,and to top it of she wasn’t the only one having issue with getting the order, we had family over and we went with having pizza for dinner because of our kids, next time just save your money and get yourself a $5 meal from McDonald lol or if your still up for some pizza, dominos has their 6.99 sale when you pick two same price but better service !
