Corporate needs to do something. The wait at this place is insane. So many people were waiting for their order and got really desperate. The drinks they promote on the app are not at the store in person! So someone left without their sodas because there wasn’t any. 2 hour wait for one pizza. Been here twice but never again.

My hub ordered bread sticks, wings and pep pizza. They were only using 1 oven for all there orders and they were backed up. Our bread sticks were not done and looks like there were dipped in butter. Even the wings were cold! We are not at all happy with there service today dec.3,25!

If I could give this store 0 stars, I absolutely would.
This location is overall completely disorganized and lacks even the bare minimum standard of customer service. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this store entirely, save your time, save your money, and spare yourself the headache.
I had a 4:00 PM pickup time and didn’t get my order until 5:30 PM. An hour and a half for a pizza that’s supposed to be “Hot-N-Ready.” The irony writes itself.
When I walked inside, there were 10+ people waiting, all just as frustrated, confused, and ignored as I was.
The staff had the worst attitudes. No updates, no urgency. It genuinely felt like they just didn’t care. The customer service wasn’t just poor; it was nonexistent.
Little Caesars corporate needs to step in because whatever is happening at this store is unacceptable.

Order was supposed to be ready by 5:04pm. Didn't have the food ready until almost 6pm. Pizza came out of the oven cold. By the time I drove home 5 minutes, everything was cold, floppy and awful.
Every time I order from this location, it takes an extra 30-45 minutes past when pick-up is supposed to be ready. I see that they were understaffed, so this is on the management.

Quite frankly, I’m surprised this place has not been shut down yet. Having worked at a pizza place myself before, I know when protocols are being followed regarding food handling, and this place does not follow them at all (at one point one of the cashiers took my phone out of my hand, no gloves, got pizza grease and crumbs all over it, then went on to handle other pizzas, still barehanded. And no the pizzas were not in boxes, she literally was just handling them, I think even picking ingredients off of one.)
I can forgive a lot, but basic handling rules, especially directly in front of a customer, should always at least try to be followed, in my opinion.
This place is also notorious for confusing online orders, so be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes even if you have placed an order hours ahead of time online.
This is actually minor compared to everything else, but I have definitely gotten a still raw pizza from here before (I just pop in my oven at home if that happens, but it’s worth noting this is also not following proper food handling).
Save yourself the time and trouble, just go to Wingstop or buy a frozen pizza at the store!

I’m sorry, but I’m giving the cooks a zero no sauce on my pizza at all. It felt like I was eating bread if I wanted to order just bread or buy some bread I would’ve went to the store. Please don’t But no pizzas from here at all

Placed an order through the app & the employee gave my food away to someone without even scanning the QR code. Waited for 20 minutes and they wouldn't even give me a single marinara for my troubles. Complete Incompetence!

I placed an order by 5:29pm went at 6:10 to pick them up. When checking in for my order I was told by the staff that my order was never started because they were behind on orders. And I was told to be back by 7pm it should be ready. I went back at 7pm. Went back at 7pm. The employee told me again that my order was never started and to come back in an hour. It was just a waste of time. I wait so long for my order to be ready to spend another hour. So, I cancel my order. Horrible services and staff.
This location is pretty sad. If a health inspector came through, it would take a crazy bribe for this location to pass an inspection. Just downright filthy and flies flying around everywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s mice. I did an online order and it said my order would be ready between 6:50-6:55. Got the notification that my order was ready at 7. No big deal. Go to pick it up and no order in sight. It wasn’t til about 7:30 that I got my food.

Spent 2 hour waiting for 3 pizzas. Worst pizza experience ever. I ordered at dominos after waiting so long and was way faster and better. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
