I placed an order by 5:29pm went at 6:10 to pick them up. When checking in for my order I was told by the staff that my order was never started because they were behind on orders. And I was told to be back by 7pm it should be ready. I went back at 7pm. Went back at 7pm. The employee told me again that my order was never started and to come back in an hour. It was just a waste of time. I wait so long for my order to be ready to spend another hour. So, I cancel my order. Horrible...

Overheard manager saying they are short staffed. Perhaps Little Caesars can pay their workers higher wages. Kuddos to the single female employee who was doing the register, cooking and bringing out the food. She was amazing, I wish I got her name. Please give her a bonus, she deserves it!!

The girl working at the front June 29, 2025 @ 2pm is the biggest sweetheart! She gave my kid cookies as we left and didn't even realize it was her birthday. 🥹🙏 And all the employees there were working very hard! Enjoy the rest of your summer y'all and thank you again! Way better location than the one on Belvidere.
