Historic building in the little downtown area, wonderful owner shared all about the menu. The burger was amazing but the homemade onions rings were even better! The wings were made fresh not frozen and were some of the bestvwe have ever had. We brought our newly graduated Sailor in the following day for his first post boot camp meal. He loved it!

We picked this place for our Navy Recruit’s Boot Camp graduation dinner. Excellent service, delicious fresh food, and super friendly staff. Added bonus (& fair warning 🤣): Thursday is Karaoke night — so be prepared for a REALLY fun time of hanging out and relaxing in an awesome experience of warm friendly local culture. 10/10 would recommend.

First night visiting Illinois and arrived at the restaurant with my family of 7 without realizing 1. it was also a bar and 2. they were going to close the kitchen in about 15 minutes. Despite this, the waitress and chef were kindly able to accommodate us. The food we were served was delicious. Even though we weren't in a family restaurant and arrived so late, we were treated graciously. I didn't try the drinks, but if they're on par with everything else, I'm sure they're great! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a bite to eat, nice staff and a good vibe.

I just ordered Fettuccine Alfredo on 8/21/25 @ 6pm and this is disgusting!!!! I would never order from you guys again! They also false advertise, they have fettuccine noddles online for picture but I have rigatoni noodles! A waste of money.

My husband and I were in before a show. Show started at 8 and we got there are at 4pm. The owners and staff were super friendly but at the time we went there was a limited menu. 3 plates of steak, salmon, or chicken parm. My husband ordered the steak and I shared with him. The food was very good. I asked if there was a chance I could get a wrap even though it wasn't on the menu and was told no because they get super busy before shows. At 4pm it was only us inside and one table outside. At 430ish another family of 4 came in with 2 kids and I overheard someone say the kids could get whatever they wanted. They weren't on the limited menu. A little while later another couple came in also going to the show but then left when they find out they couldn't get a burger. I would like to suggest something more plain on the limited menu if you want to keep patrons. I also think maybe the limited menu should start a little later because it never once got busy and we were there till 6pm. We spent 100 and left a huge tip because we liked the staff but we could have easily spent more of I could order something I would actually eat. We weren't going to pay $80 for two steak meals. I completely understand the limited menu when you get busy before a show, but maybe offer some more basic items because not everyone is aware of this before they decide to try your bar before a show.

I have been to this establishment several times and have never had a bad one. Last night there were a couple call offs and I watched the owner over perform and handle business with just a kitchen staff. Karaoke on Thursday nights are lit! Highly recommended for anyone in the area. It's my new favorite bar. Top notch, 5 star establishment.

Myself, my daughter, & my mom came here after my daughter’s military graduation. The food was EXCELLENT. Not only that, the owner was so nice & made sure we had everything we needed. Next visit we definitely will be sure to stop in & try something else on the menu.
