Pretty sure the lady at the 2nd window gave away my food by mistake to the person ahead of me. Was rude when she asked me to pull forward to wait bc I noticed it I guess. After waiting I was still missing items. Went in to wait again then to get home and realize they have me the wrong sanwhiches anyway. It's usually not great here but that was stupid and you should expect angry customers with service like that.

The food and the service are ok, but they need to do something about this one woman whoâs always standing in the middle of the restaurant just standing there. She be staring at people making them uncomfortable, always scratching her head which looks like it hasnât been washed in ages, and last time I went there she was in the bathroom spitting all over the place. It makes me feel bad for saying this, but someone needs to do something about it, itâs clear she has mental issues and needs help.

They need to close this mcdonalds down the night crew donât like doing they job they give out old cold burger the prices of food have went up and donât no one got time to be wasting they money on food that not made right I believe they do that in the drive Thur because the feel like ppl not gon bring the incorrect food back but I told my husband I donât care how far we are Iâm driving back to get my money back damn shame but if we all come together and stop buying here we can bring them down

Iâve visited this McDonaldâs multiple times, hoping for a better experience each time, but unfortunately, itâs been consistently disappointing. Each time I order, my burger is made incorrectly. Despite specifying what ingredients I do and donât want, my orders arrive with items I explicitly asked to be left out. This kind of mistake is frustrating, especially when it happens repeatedly.
Additionally, the atmosphere inside this location is far from welcoming. There are often people loitering around, some even sitting at the tables asleep, and others asking customers for money while theyâre trying to enjoy their meal. This creates a very uncomfortable and hostile environment, making it hard to enjoy the food or even feel safe while dining in.
Overall, the combination of consistently incorrect orders and the unpleasant atmosphere has made me decide not to visit this McDonaldâs again.
