Any gig food drivers stay away from this McDonald's, rude employees, managers, & most of all at night, oh , our system is down. All in all after complaints sent to Corporate office and still crappy . Will not waste my time anymore after this post. Uber and Doordash drivers BEWARE.
Oh, there is a super despotic young cashier, I don't know what she's doing at work if she doesn't give good service to the customers, a terrible person, I hope they remove her, terrible service, I hope someone from this chain reviews this, thanks to The customers eat, The employees

Never go here at night! The drive thru is a solid 10 min wait and then I ordered a $5 mchicken meal and the fries bland and soggy as heck! They didn’t give me my bbq sauce for my nuggets and I don’t know how but my mchicken tastes so old that I won’t finish it Worst experience I’ve ever had and I recommend either someplace else or new employees for this location

This McDonald's offers terrible service, the last two times I have been in the self-service there is a boy named Carlos, he serves you in a rude and pedantic manner, he even raises his voice at you in a derogatory manner. I ask to speak to a manager and it turns out he's busy. You can go inside to solve it and they tell you that they just closed and luckily for me it is always the same rude man named Carlos. They should change that staff 🙂🙂

Starting with the cashier and ending with the second manager named María today 10/26/2024, both do not know kindness, much less know how to express themselves with customers. They raise their voice at you, speak to you in a bad, aggressive and haughty manner. You place an order and you want to use a coupon and they never work or they tell you that it is already used or they only use the word issue but do not offer any solution. They treat you in the worst way and in a derogatory tone by the managers. Today I had to meet María as her name is and previously with a (male) manager. Without letting it go that they even close the window to the point of almost breaking it. These people don't deserve their jobs!!
