The best place to be someday we went without any money just for get water and they even give us some fries for free I reallyrecommendthis place the employees are so friendly

Gave me salted fries when I specifically asked for no salt because of my food restrictions, then gave me a CHOCOLATE shake when I asked for a strawberry one (the chocolate is my least favorite one.. 😭), and then forgot a donut I ordered. for $40 and have had worked at mcdonalds before what is going on with this McDonalds this is genuinely so disappointing.

So i went thru the drive through the other day and had an issue with the so called manager when I asked for my nuggets to be fresh I wasn't certain if she heard me or not so I repeated myself and she said I heard you im not stupid I said excuse me she said go somewhere else when I went to the window she walked away and didn't answer it there was a kid there and she told him to sit in Spanish and he stood away from the window . What this lady dont know and I told her I'm certified with the state in resturant management I know how things work and til today I haven't received a call from the manager that supposedly was going to call me when he returned from hes vocation. So unprofessional I went up to the window because I wanted her to let me know in my face the same way she had the courage to tell me through the speaker and she didn't the good thing is that I have everything recorded through my dash cam and my cell phone I'll be linking these videos soon. That's why people loose bussiness bad management and franchise owners don't check up on there employees

Ok they miss a toy from one of my kids meal, I'm in the phone a lady answer the phone, I explain her one of my kids meal was missing the toy ,( Sounds simple to fix the issue DO NOT) I'm in the phone for over 20 minutes only to they take my name and tomorrow I can pick up the toy again sounds simple but why take this long only to do what they have to do they pay them to do a job why make so difficult when is so simple, they don't know how to work? They want me to show them how to do they job? The only complaint was they miss to put the toy in the box that's it, think what's going to happens if they screw up you order will take weeks only to answer the phone. I'm still in the phone for over 20 min, I'm sorry NOW WHAT? 24 min and still in the phone waiting 🤷🏻

Got the saddest happy meal today. The service was fast, but both happy meals that I got for my kids were missing chicken mcnuggets (ordered the 6 pcs) and both were missing toys.

I ordered from Uber eats I asked for four catch-up and my order did not receive them nor did I get a straw talk to the manager. He was very rude. I think the service from McDonald’s is gone downhill and the food was cold.
