5 stars because the manager was really sweet to try and help us. I had ordered a mobile order ahead of time when my sons bball game was finishing and we were running a bit behind. By the time we got there the food was lukewarm and the manager offered to make the whole order again, but I had all the kids waiting. It was the thought that she wanted to go above and beyond for us to have hot food!Great customer service!!

The service was great, except there was a homeless guy acting out his mind and spitting in the garbage and harassing my family and I. He was told to leave, but he didn't, and management didn't do anything after that.
