I waited two hours when they said it was going to take 45 min to get the pizzas ready. After past the hour asked for it and they said it was in the oven. After 2 hours I asked for my refund and left with no food!

Attention if anyone knows or know the Owner of mikes pizzas to report to the Lady who is Answering the Call cancelled my order because the my daughter car didn’t go though and I told him to call her and He go angry so very rude since I have been a customer for year and I can’t go out I called again to talk to the supervisor and they couldn’t Today 21 feb 2026. 4: pm.

Useless phone clerk so f........g rude, after waiting 2 hours for delivery we call to see where is our order, this stupid useless phone clerk told me 20 more minutes or I can pick up, at the end she didn't send my order and hangout on me they cancell my order and charge my card.

Mike's Pizza delivered a large order to the school that I work for, and it helped us with having a successful literacy night for families. I appreciate their flexibility in making a change to the order two days before and delivering the entire order on time.
I ordered a pizza at 7:15 PM for delivery. Pizza arrived at 8:45 PM. When I ordered the pizza I was told it would be 45 minutes? The girl or young lady or lady taking the order did not explain to me that there would be an hour and a half wait. When the driver finally arrived, I asked him what happened and he told me.” Sorry we’re busy.” Not only was the pizza cold it had now become soggy to the point that it felt like you were eating raw dough. I called Mike’s, to voice my concern. The same woman, did not acknowledge My concern and either disconnected or put me on hold. I will never order another pizza from this place again. Thanks Mike’s!

The last three times I ordered from here the waiting time was ridiculous. One hour forty minutes being the worst. The pizza itself wasn't the best either. Who wants cold, subpar pizza?
