I’m not able to review the food itself because I was so rudely “welcomed” into the shop that I ended up canceling my order. When I simply said “I am here for a pickup order under the name ****” I was met with, “you think we can have your pizza ready in 15 minutes” which was confusing to me because I had placed my order 45 minutes prior. And then he said, “so do you want to cancel or not” So, I went out to my car to grab my phone. This is where I saw the email that showed my time of order. When I walked back in he had no interest in speaking with me any further and barely approached the window to hear me say I would have to cancel my order due to time restrictions. Such an unpleasant experience to a place that friends spoke highly of the food. Unfortunately I cannot even speak on that park so maybe it is good. I will never know.

Very unprofessional and Cashier said racist things to me I will never go there again all because she said the wrong order name and made it a problem. And when I asked to speak to the manger he did nothing. So I hope all your codes things are up to par because the board of health will be paying u a visit all because of a smart mouth rude Cashier. Tastes really good but the service is mediocre. Old lady that answers the phone is really rude and gets inpatient quick . If it wasn’t for the poor service and weak atmosphere this place would be a 5 stars . Also the pizzas are pricey but if you have the 3 for 2 card I guess it’s worth it

We have ordered from mikes for at least 15 years, always have ordered delivery and have always tipped at least 20% and at times have waited longer than the estimated time of arrival and never complained. We have ordered up to 3x a week at times. Lately we have had a hard time with whoever is answering your phone. The person is apparently related or close to the owner so her terrible customer service goes unnoticed. I know I am not the only one that has dealt with her or complained about her and yet nothing is addressed.

For being a staple in Lake County and having gone through many owners over the years, the current ownership seems to be very sensitive. The food preparation is not up to par, and if someone complains about receiving a cold pizza through pick-up, the issue should be fixed by the establishment. If not, the original order through SLYCE will be resolved. The pizzas were thrown away because they were inedible, stale, and never eaten. Mike's Pizza did not seem to appreciate that I received a refund so they've blocked me from ordering through them and through Slyce. ? get a grip guys
I placed my order for 2 pizzas at 4:15 pm. Before my order was confirmed, I was hung up on. I thought she got my order and everything was A-OK and I was good to go. At 4:47 I called to say we were running a few minutes late and we're on our way. This is when I was told that there was no order under my name/phone number, so I then placed a second order and was then told it would be 20-25 minutes. Fine. We arrived at 5:05 and found out our pizzas would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, our pizzas were missing so they had to remake them. Another half hour-ish later I went in only to be told it would be another 10-15 min. Everyone that came to pick up orders after us was already there and gone while we were still sitting in our car waiting for close to an hour. We finally got our food at 6:09 pm. To top it all off, our pizzas were missing toppings and both of them were overcooked and the crusts were burned. I understand that it's Friday and the shop is busy, but 2+ hours for average pizzas is unacceptable. Also, customer service needs to be overhauled and staff needs to be re-trained. This is bad for future business and new customers!!!

A classic, if you live in the area. For one, the prices feel inflation proof. I got a spinach and mushroom pizza along with a pepperoni and sausage. I NEVER finish an entire pizza in one sitting to myself but that’s exactly what happened when I sat down last night.
Speedy, friendly, low cost, high quality
Parking situation is just on the side of a street, not wheelchair friendly. They do offer delivery for cheap.
