We love Nightshade & Dark! We attend trivia every Wednesday we can. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. The BYO food option is awesome as it lets us save money on snacks when things are tight or explore Waukegan's restaurants when we can. The beer and mixed drinks are excellent and all affordable. Plus, we love Lola Madison's trivia hosting skills! Bravo to a local institution.
Fabulous. 24 micro brews on tap. Literally brewed in small batches. Inviting, friendly. Can't recommend enough for a chill visit or long evening lounging.

This place has the atmosphere as well as good service. I can't go more than 3 stars because although they have many different brews they are all ales. The guy behind the counter said lagers take too long. I'm a home brewer and he is right they take longer but a few wouldn't hurt right? Not a bad place but better variety would be good.

Been here so fun. Was on a Wednesday, so yes Trivia night was full of people and lots of laughs. Great place. Food was good a Taco truck, but the margaritas and bears were delicious. Hat softer the brewmaster

Cool atmosphere, friendly bartender. Every beer we tried was outstanding! They had an awesome big band on a Sunday Night. Fun times ✌?
