What’s the point of having a restaurant when you’re going to be extremely stingy with the food that your customers pay for? Paid extra for the shrimp and sesame beef and received a tiny portion on top of that the broccoli and beef 3 strips of beef?? Like how stingy can you guys get! Pathetic

I have called twice with no option to leave a voicemail. I placed an online order and upon the food getting to me it is wrong. I ordered white rice and was given chow mein. I received no phone call if they were out of white rice to inform me. Terrible customer service with no option for orders being correct other than to call the store who doesn’t answer the phone

Walked in to a very clean and inviting atmosphere in this restaurant. I was very impressed at how quick they were getting the customer’s orders at a busy time and with a line when I arrived. I want to give a shout out to Sergio and Kenzo who served my food with exceptional service and catered to my requests with delicate patience. A big thank you to Johan, Kenzo and I believe her name was Leslie if I’m not mistaken as I used multiple forms of payment and they were quite delightfully patient with me and more impressive even was how they managed to prove their own management skills when it came to helping each other out and giving each other a hand. If I could give accolades to each by name for their outstanding and impressive customer and food service experience I would. Honestly, I was so impressed with the service I received in such short amount of time while I was there that I know I do not exaggerate when I say they gave me fine dining service not expected in a fast paced environment. You guys are awesome truly. It makes Waukegan look rather impressive and I’m proud to see a place where there’s pride and honor in the workplace such as witnessed today. God bless you guys and may you all get great raises very soon!

My husband and I were in town visiting my twin and his wife. On my way over to visit, he asked if we could stop and get dinner for him and his wife. I told the person at the speaker to allow me one moment and that I had 3 separate orders, 2 of those being on the same ticket. I was going to try out the food here but was told we would need to go inside to place three orders. Would have been great to lead with. Needless to say, I only ordered my brother's and wife food because I felt rushed to make a decision to a place I've never eaten before. No thanks!
