I recieved the wrong items and called the store politely.The female that picked up immediately had a attitude, acknowledged that they didn't have the ingredients and still said I couldn't recieve a store credit or refund. Then hung up on me when I asked her name. HORRIBLE STORE. I called corporate though and filed a complaint. She's lucky I wasn't a pickup order.

For almost a year I had no complaints with this location but it seems like more and more my experiences are becoming increasingly unpleasant. From bad customer service, them forgetting dips that I paid for, and longer wait times even though I use the app.
Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks and it took over 2 hours to get here. (We live less than 10 miles) Management left me on old for over 45 minutes and the girl on the phone was very disrespectful. Its a shame because we have ordered from here a lot. They have messed up our orders so much in the past but we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. The rudeness and lack of communication is the last straw. I hope you guys get your lives together because this is NOT good business.

I placed an order and instead of telling me it was gonna be a almost 3 hour wait they let me continue to place the order said my order would be ready at 5:40 550 gave it almost an hour and the food still wasn’t ready and nobody even called me or contacted me so I had to contact them And to find out that it was gonna be almost like another 2 to 3 hour wait it is just ridiculous

Charged me for 2 marinara sauces never sent them said I cold just call in next time I place an order an they will send them free of charge then when the time came said they knew nothing about it. Basically robbed me for 5 bucks. Trash location don't get robbed.
