Horrible. Doordashed. They did not send our soda or our order of breadsticks. We tried calling multiple times and did not get through to anyone. Called corporate and they said there’s nothing they can do.
Aside from that, the pizza was gross.

Ordered delivery was delivered by door dash and not pizza hut it self had missing items and pizza was ice cold called store over 20 times no answer this is the second major issue last time waited over 2 hours for my order that never arrived

Terrible experience! Ordered online and went up at 8pm all to have locked doors and say "were closed and not taking orders" on 11/8/24. Thankfully, I placed my order with pay in store. Otherwise, I'd be out of my money too. So disappointed. If its closed, why are you standing at the cashier on the phone?

Kid-friendliness: I placed an order online when I arrived my order was not ready I had to wait more than 20 minutes asking for cheese I wanted me to pay when my order was not ready. They were rude to me more with their attitude than those who gave me.??

I wanted to take my son there because I remember as a child growing up and having the memories of eating inside a Pizza Hut. However, it’s Run down, not how it used to be. They also didn’t have ANY drinks available. Not even water. Wanted to dine it. That didn’t happen. This place could be something special. Goodness good and staff was friendly
This pizza hut has definetly made improvements with managment and customer service the people are very nice and friendly and very helpful in assisting you with your order

Hand tossed pizza was terrible. I normally go for pan but wanted to try the default crust. I do not recommend. Hand tossed is the worst. Bread sticks were good though.
