Cole was amazing!! He was very nice and his customer service was GREAT! I had a question about my order being ready so I called but wasn’t sure if they would answer but he did and was very pleasant. They also fixed the huge craters in the parking lot lol! Looks like this place is doing a 180, keep it up! Will definitely be coming back :) thank you, Cole!

I think this location could really benefit from some improvements. Unfortunately, my recent experience with a curbside order was less than ideal. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the staff seemed to be more focused on chatting with each other rather than serving customers. To make matters worse, my order was cold, even though I picked it up just a few minutes after it was prepared.
I had high hopes for a satisfying meal, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. In hindsight, I might have been better off choosing a different place, like Little Caesars. Additionally, I was missing some items from my order when I got home, which meant I had to return to the store to have it corrected.
I truly hope the management can address these issues, as it would benefit both the staff and the customers. I would appreciate a refund for the food service I received, as it did not meet my expectations. Thank you for your understanding.

This location needs to CLOSE DOWN! WORST EVER! I placed a curbside order and had to go inside to pick up my order to find ALL the workers sitting around talking and laughing. On top of that they gave me my order cold as if it’s been sitting for hours! I picked it up within less than 3 minutes of it being done. It’s so horrible that I literally rather had bought some Walmart pizza or better yet I should have gone down the block next time and go to Little Caesars. On top of the scandal I had just to pick up my order I get home to be missing items for my order. I had to drive back just for them to correctly complete my cold order. WORST PLACE EVER! District manager needs to fire this whole crew since all they were doing was giggles instead of working.

A Disappointing Pickup Experience I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut for pickup, and it was a complete letdown. The crust was soggy and tasteless, the sauce was bland, and the toppings were sparse. Even though I picked up the pizza myself, it arrived cold. Mind you I only live 2 minutes away. I am not shocked at the poor quality of the pizza, especially considering the price. I've had better pizza from frozen pizzas at the grocery store. I would not recommend Pizza Hut to anyone who appreciates a delicious and satisfying pizza.

A few things that happened with my order 1. Order was left on my door step we did not order contactless delivery. And never got a call I was waiting by the phone.
2. I ordered a big dinner box which is 2 pizzas, BREADSTICKS and boneless BBQ wings. THEY NEVER INCLUDED THE BREADSTICKS or the delivery driver snagged them for themselves not sure which.
I’m a little upset because it was already pretty late and they were about to close once I noticed so I got no answer when I called. I included a tip for the driver expecting all my items and was charged for something I did not receive I would love a refund because I don’t understand how the receipt even accounts for 4 items and they deliver 3. I’ll be doing carry out from now on if I order from this location again.
Extremely horrible experience at this location. Pizza order was wrong and the breadsticks were given in a bag and were stale. I was disgusted after eating here. The cashier came out in her pajamas and a blanket when giving me my order. Horrific experience and will not be returning ever!

Today is Monday May 20 7:35 pm I order my pizza in the website when I arrived to the store it was totally empty no customers at all..I when up to the front counter this African American teenager step up to the register I told her I was pick up give my name and right away I notice the bad mood she hadWhen she told me the total I give her the next dollar amount she didn't want to move to grave the money wait about 2mns and until I call her attention she moves and took the money...She was arguing I give her short and I ask her to count the money again.. she finally saw it was the correct amountPut the money in the drawer and throw the pizza in the counter...I work in customer service and this is totally unacceptable!!!They should hire people that cares about their job and not just go to do their hours!!!I will never go back to this location again!!!
