OUT-FREAKIN-STANDING You know how it is. When traveling, you like to get food at cool fancy places. Sadly, on this trip I hadn't been feeling well in the days prior. Wanted to eat but sure didn't want to go into too much work. This place was right beside the hotel so figured we'd just grab something there. It is AWESOME! The chicken pot pie soup was perfect. Everything was outstanding. So much so, the next day when my son graduated from NSI at the Naval Base, we went back there for lunch. No complaints of any kind!

The sandwiches are super expensive but good. What I can't stand is the temperature in here. The air conditioning is on full blast and it's freezing cold in here. If I walk in this place again and it's like this, I'm leaving. For what you pay to eat here I expect to be comfortable

I mean how hard is it to get an order correct? Literally every time I order at this location it is wrong, asked for a farm house salad with no chicken and RANCH Dressing NOT vinaigrette and even repeated the order MULTIPLE times and they still gave us the incorrect order/dressing, it’s not rocket science. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING HERE!

Love Potbelly. This location has a problem that it is understaffed during rushes. They don't have the number of staff or the systems to handle it. I order ahead of time on the app and the order is never ready and there is always a line.

Absolute trash of a sandwich. These morons literally sent a turkey sandwich that had nothing but dried up turkey on a dried up piece of bread with nothing else in the bag. Nothing else on the sandwich. Completely ignored everything that was in the order. What type of idiot can't make a freaking sandwich?
First time trying Apple Walnut Salad and it was the best!! Definitely buying from here again!!

To keep a long story short, I went on a Wednesday and got my usual, which was a PYP. Unfortunately they forgot to include chicken on the salad that was supposed to have chicken. I called, let them know and they took my name down. I went back on a Friday, reminded them I had called and they more than made up for their mistake. They are always very nice and friendly, but this time they went above and beyond. I really appreciate that!

One of those vermin/rat catcher boxes sitting on the counter next to the drink cups. Powerhouse salad was anemic. So little grilled<?> chicken. Was that a 1/4 cup of chicken scraps? A TON of greens though. Will not be my lunch again.

I wish I could rate zero stars. Very disappointed. Went there and specifically said don’t warm it. It was indeed warmed and I didn’t catch it until I was home. I found a hair IN MY SANDWICH. And my Mac cheese tasted like it was scooped with a spoon used for soup. I loved this location but they have lost my service.
