I guess the reason I'm giving this place a 3 star review is due to the expensive pricing and minimal tasting food. I couldn't believe that we paid almost $30 for 2 people that was not adding anything special just a plain chicken finger dinner. The food was semi hot when it was given to us and the chicken tenders didn't really have any flavor to them. No breading so to speak of on the tenders so the flavor was depending on the special sauce I am guessing but could be wrong. I can't believe that this is a place that has multiple locations across the United States, what has this world come to. ??

This is the only canes I go to now, I love this location.
Best quality food, understanding and accommodating staff/managers, quick pace environment. Just the best! I probably go here more than I should!

We were visiting the area, the manager and the staff were very friendly and polite! They came over to the table to ask if we needed anything else..love the ambience..Food is delicious!! Date is 8-9-25 time about 530pm-6pm

Ordered my meal and a kids meal. Everything was thrown into one bag, and they forgot the sauce. I asked if the kids meal came with sauce they said yes and claimed it was already in the bag. When I told them it wasn’t, the guy gave me the worst attitude and didn’t want to hand it over. Only after someone else told him did he finally give me one. If you hate your job, quit. Don’t mess with people’s orders or treat customers with attitude.

Seats at every location are horrible. I'm pretty sure that's by Design though. Get you in, fed, and out. Bob the bread please and make your own robbed bread Sammy. Very good chicken.

First time eating at R C. The last time to. Chicken was ok. Got the 4pc box. Way too expensive for what you get. Ridiculous.I was supposed to get a soda BUT they had no gas for the soda fountain. I only drink diet. I had to drink tea.
You would think the manager would've had someone go pick up a tank from another store so their customers could enjoy their over priced food.
A total letdown.

Ordering is simple and quick. Food is ready pretty fast and tasted delicious too.
Ambience wise is okay. This location is pretty clean. Staff always making sure the cleanliness of the place, especially drinks area. Kudos to them!
If you have never tried raising cane’s before, you ought to try it. No regrets on the combo box 😉

I dined in tonight with my co workers around 11:30 tonight Sunday March 30th. We all knew they were closing soon so we all ate quickly.
Around 11:55 the manager on duty rudely told us to leave immediately with no warning or anything.
Left me feeling very unsatisfied and frustrated with this business. Would absolutely not recommend ever coming here as the workers do not care for you. Beware of a short hispanic manager who likes to wear a hat for who knows why, very rude and a disturbance to the public. The manager name is Bruno for anyone wondering. We were very kind and left without questioning even cleaned up after ourselves. If I could leave zero stars I would! Don’t come eat here terrible customer service management has to do better.
