First time visiting this restaurant in the Waukegan area with the family, upon arriving, live bands were playing which added to the atmosphere as we dined in to watch. Food was quite satisfactory—well-cooked and great quality. quesadillas were some of the best I’ve had in a while and the beverage I got being the horchata was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or bland. Despite the loud music from the speakers and subwoofers, the service was quick and attentive. A nice spot to visit, I’d return though next time I’d come for a more casual dining experience.

I had an amazing experience at Pueblo! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal.
The highlight of my visit was the vegetarian burrito—it was absolutely delicious! Packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor, it was easily one of the best I’ve had. The menu had a great variety, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
Overall, Pueblo offers excellent food and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

It is sad to come to a private party and they are timing your drinks, the free drink service ends until 9 pm 2"" they asked them for a container to carry the food and they sold it for a dollar, it is not the amount of money but the job education if they are renting the place it is with all the service, The bathrooms run out of toilet paper and are dirty, The place is not recommended for private events Absolutely terrible service

We go to the place to see Mercedes Castro but waiters Jason very bad actitud to my husband and my self she call liar two times to my husband even we are vip don’t bring food to our table and when my husband ask why she say they Serv in the order people come in but we are early was only four people before us when owner say being the food to our table the food was very bad it’s suppose to be shrimp cocteik but was only cold water just 4 to 5 shrimp cold no flavor almost empty the glass just cucumber and onion and jalapeño almost no avocado and no Drinks either,very bad service we are never go back and don’t recommend to go,very frustrated. Bad service and Bad attention.

My wife, my mother-in-law who is sick and I went to the Mercedes Castro event which was a dinner dance and we bought VIP tickets to be able to see the service up close and it turns out that they fed everyone except us and the other people who They were at the table, by the way, a table of 4, they put 6 chairs, I went to ask why they hadn't given us dinner and the waitress with a bad attitude answered me very haughtily to wait for me, they had already served other people food that wasn't on the menu, that's it. They had already given them dinner, I asked him what the order was for serving, we had table 6 and he told me that as they had arrived, the food was served to them and we were one of the first to arrive because we arrived at 6:45 and it was starting. At seven o'clock there were only 4 people when we arrived and that's what I told the waitress and she called me a liar. She bothered me because I didn't disrespect her. I told her not to disrespect me and she called me a liar again. Wait, so I went to the owner and complained. I imagine he told her to serve us. I went to my table and told my wife what happened after 10 minutes. The waitress was upset and asked us what we wanted. We ordered shrimp cocktail from the other people who served them. They looked tasty and well prepared but they didn't bring us the almost empty glasses with only 3 shrimp and in cold water and only guinea fowl, almost no tomato sauce and pure cucumber tomato and no avocado, very tasteless, very bad, the service and the other people who were in the table but we didn't go together, there were three of us and they only ordered two meals because they saw the type of service and the quality of the food and in the end they didn't even eat it for the same reason as us artists, very good congratulations but for the service and treatment no We will go again nor do I recommend that you go and leave disappointed and upset like us. VERY BAD SERVICE ?
When they opened I attended and the food was not very good to say the least. But today, July 2024, I bought some cakes thinking that Adrian had changed. But they are the most terrible cakes I have ever eaten in my entire life.

My family and I had the buffet. It wasn't much of a buffet. I kept looking for them to bring more food out. It never came. If you are not Spanish speaking you may have challenges communicating. Lots of space to dine in.

Was there at a party a few weeks ago. Ordered a drink from the bar. Second time I went for another drink, I was able to see the pin pad machine and noticed that the bartender was giving herself 15% Tips without my authorization. The part that sucks I was giving her cash tips as well. Never again.
