I came here hoping that it would be good. I read some iffy reviews, but recent ones were pretty good so I figured we would give it a go. Sunday at noon. Empty restaurant. We were sat down and she took our drink order. While pouring the drinks she took a call on her cell about not seeing someone, and getting them a gas gift card instead of cash. While this conversation went on she finished our drinks and sat them on the bar while she finished the conversation on her phone. I finally walked up as she came around the bar with the excuse of having to walk around, as if we didn't see and hear her standing there talking on the phone. Bathrooms were atrocious. A full roll of toilet paper paper sitting on the floor. The toilet full of urine and toilet paper. Moisture and crust all over the counter. Public bathrooms are always iffy, but on a Sunday morning at a one would assume respectable establishment, is not a time you'd think they would look like that. Food finally came after a half hr wait for one large pizza. While we waited, another couple came in, ordered food to go, left and came back to pick up their 2 bags of food and 2 pizza boxes, so it seems like they can cook fast here, we just didn't experience that speed. Quality for the price was poor. Pizza was ok, but most certainly not worth the 22 bucks. First and last visit here. Highly regret spending my money in this establishment.

My family eats from here all the time the staff is very friendly and awesome on service. They do need an update on their computers. All and all food is really good.

Went there for eats before a show downtown. They seated our group of 6 back in a corner out of sight of any employee. Over half an hour wait, not even a glass of water. Went to the bar twice to get someone. 2nd time they sent a kid back. We asked for a manager, never saw anyone again. Too bad thery don't know how to prepare for a night when they could make some money.

Nice place, nice location downtown Waukegan. The service is good as well, although they were understocked in alcohol when we went. They had no tequila or margarita mixer on a Friday which sounds bad if someone wants to get a drink on the weekend.

The customer service was fair and fine. Pizza is tasty but it takes far too long (over an hour) and costs too much for a basic pizza ordered for pick up. Avoid the hand rolled crust and opt for the Chicago style for your money's worth. Leftovers warm up nicely, though.
