Wow! Talk about some great customer service. I had no idea what I wanted to order and the barista Maddie had some amazing recommendations. She provided great insight on drinks I would be interested in and we even got to talking about some stuff that was unrelated. Maddie, you were so incredibly awesome. You are truly amazing!

This is my last resort Starbucks location. I would normally go here if in desperate, but most of the time I would drive out of my way to an other location.

My main complaint with this location is the customer service. Even though it’s drive thru and our interaction isn’t long, they do not make you feel welcomed and it’s very uncomfortable— I don’t enjoy feeling this way, especially as I’m about to start work at 6am in the morning.

Decent. Service has gone down hill yet the cashier always pushes for a tip when using a card. Going to start going to their competitor to avoid this excessive tip culture.

Never again! The person taking our order had to be told several times our order. She then took off the ear phones she had in her ears then asked 2 MORE times.... That made me not even WANT to place my coffee order so I just ordered my mom something....I don't know, maybe 7 mins later, we're still sitting and waiting. A guy who came in behind us had just got his 2 drinks. I asked the young lady how much longer... Long story short, she said she didn't see my order even IN THERE......... I asked for a refund. Just pure nonsense. Please get it together. We hadn't been to this location in a while, we usually go to the one out by the Casino. But one thing, we will never be BACK. Oh and it was a simple order, caramel macchiato vente no foam, with whip & Xtra caramel...so we weren't asking for much.

The barista that helped me was awesome. She smiled when I walked in and greeted me. While I ordered my drink she was very polite and chatted with me. Got my order and name correct. Vicky definitely makes this store a better and friendly place. Absolutely will come back to this Starbucks!

Every single time without fail they mess something up. First time I went there, they put my order on the pick up counter but never called my name. By time I got up there to ask them about it, my food was cold and my drink was watered down.2nd time, they put real milk in one of my drinks even though I was very clear and adamant about my spouse’s milk allergy which almost sent her to the hospital. But stupid me thought “it’s been a while and maybe there’s different staff.” So I decided to give it one more shot.The stuck up girl that made one of my drinks damn near whispered that on of my drinks was ready and there was a bag behind it. When I went to ask her if the bag behind it was my food order. She made me feel like I was some creep hitting on her (to which I promise I was not). Not to mention the 2nd drink just tasted like they poured milk in coffee.Lesson learn and message received. I will never set foot in that Starbucks ever again!

Dietary restrictions: They added real milk in my wife’s coffee even though I was very clear about her dairy allergy.

Iced shaken espresso apparently comes with no ice because "it's made with hot water" Waited 25+ mins for a drink I ordered on the app. Gracie also asked me to let the manager know they need their breaks. Most unprofessional attitude I've encountered at a starbucks go through drive thru because regardless of mobile orders they so first come first serve physically.
