It's poor form to, after hearing your customer remark that the cookies they bought previously seemed stale, reply that they become softer in the microwave.
Cookies was as hard as a rock and to warm them up was a no go

Most importantly, they do not take coupons! Once you get that out of the way, I had to repeat my order 3 times, and she still got it wrong. They were out of the ft long cookies and the churros @$2.00 each, we're a joke. Like long straws. Never went there before and I won't be going again. The gentleman at the register was the bright spot.

Ordered on the app and picked up inside. Horrible experience. Corporate contacted.Staff were rude and talked about customers in another language. Yes, I understood.Also, got my order wrong. Bad customer service, bad sandwich, it’s time to hire new staff.I’ll NEVER go back to this location.In fact, I hope they permanently close.

The lady working this night didn’t give at least decent customer service she was rushing and when I was deciding on what to get she looks at me and goes “hello” it wasn’t even that busy.

Everytime I go here it's always a foreign worker that can't speak English and theyre always deaf I have to repeat myself 7 times and they kept messing up my order and confusing it with other orders also it's overpriced and they don't accept

The manager is a bad person, he treats his employees in a humiliating way. The employees are very kind and do VERY good work, it is a shame that the manager (the Filiphino man) does not know how to value them, how sad

Next time update your time that you close at 9:30 or at 9 cause I just spent my time and gas for it to be closed at 9:45 yet again y’all “ close”at 10. Even in the hours put on the window and online.
I was running a high fever I couldn't leave my house for precautions because I was so sick l, my system finally asked for food they got the order so wrong ok I take it that I messed a couple ingredients but they still messed up two other ingredients I used door dash because I was sick and the manager wanted me to bring the sandwich in order to get the one I ordered, I told him I can't leave the house can you give me a different solution? "No the only solution is if you brung the sandwich now!" I'm telling him I'm so sick! I just wanted a few bites of a subway! Sorry will never use their services, you would think they would say.." You know we still messed up her sandwich she is sick! Maybe we will give her a credit for the perfect sandwich so we don't lose a customer " they lost me ...when we mess up an order where I work we give the money back! Or make the food right, the way the person ordered it! So we would keep the customer!
