If I could leave no stars, I would. We walked in the door around 1550 (3:50pm) and stood there for 10 minutes without even being greeted. There was one lady standing at the counter ordering and 2 ladies sitting down (no clue what they were waiting on). Not a single word, look,or grunt of acknowledgement (or kiss my backside, for that matter) was cast our way. Like I mentioned before we were there for 10 minutes before we turned heel and left.

Most importantly, they do not take coupons! Once you get that out of the way, I had to repeat my order 3 times, and she still got it wrong. They were out of the ft long cookies and the churros @$2.00 each, we're a joke. Like long straws. Never went there before and I won't be going again. The gentleman at the register was the bright spot.

Ordered on the app and picked up inside. Horrible experience. Corporate contacted.Staff were rude and talked about customers in another language. Yes, I understood.Also, got my order wrong. Bad customer service, bad sandwich, it’s time to hire new staff.I’ll NEVER go back to this location.In fact, I hope they permanently close.

Everytime I go here it's always a foreign worker that can't speak English and theyre always deaf I have to repeat myself 7 times and they kept messing up my order and confusing it with other orders also it's overpriced and they don't accept
