I haven't ate at a subway for about a year but decided to grab a quick meatball sub.
And HOLY-COW are the meatballs very small now. So price goes up and product is much smaller. Was not filling and not worth the price. Lady took my order was very awesome though.

My order was wrong and i was given the wrong information by the employee about returning the sandwich. It wasn't until 3 days later that the manager said I could have brought them in the same day to switch them out, however due to medical reasons I couldn't drive on that day. The owners are the ones who refused to remake my food, even though I have photo proof that my order was wrong. I ordered pepperjack cheese and was given american (which i cannot have) and I ordered extra onions and there was none. The sandwich was drier than the Sahara, which is how I know they did not put on extra mayo, or the oil and vinegar I ordered. Either that, or the bread was over toasted as it was partly burnt on the outside. Overall, I would avoid this and the Lewis location as they are owned by the same owners. The employees didn't know what policies to follow, and overall this whole situation is likely a result of poor ownership and managment. It's okay to make mistakes, but you must ammend and learn from them. The owners are unwilling and simply unable to do that.

The people there are illiterate.. cannot understand English… or read!! I order a sandwich online twice and they screw it up twice! They think black pepper is black olives… and toasted is not toasted.. I’m beyond furious with my order especially considering how expensive the sandwiches are

This subway does not accept their own coupons according to the manager at the store. We paid $35 for 2 12inch subs of which we added a drink and chips. It should’ve been around $26….not going to this one anytime soon again.

Great food and service this is a great deal for the price of these subs and I would recommend people that are new to the area to go and eat here. If you know this area well then you will know that these subs are good.

I have been going here for years and believe the store is under new management. They don’t honor coupons & have had a sign up saying it’s a supply chain issue. I now will go to another location that does or a competitor. Not enough meat for the cost. I recommend they refreshen up the location with paint etc.
