Shout out to Sofia for being so kind , caring and compassionate. I was having the worse day as I recently lost my fur baby and Sofia assured me that everything was going to be okay. I know what does that have to do with my order well when you been crying all day and make a mistake on your food order it’s crushing when your head is not on straight to get food. She was so kind and reassuring when I caught my error and she was so kind when sympathizing with our loss. You are an angel Sofia.

This used to be an awful taco bell. Now, I cant be sure that it is this gentleman's doing, but, ever since he has been here- things have been great. We went from wrong order every single visit to nary a single thing off in the same manner that electric cars have displaced IC engines. We come every few weeks in the black jeep gladiator and order half the damn menu.. not only is this guy full of tastefully hilarious comments- but our orders are suddenly absolutely on point. Im not sure his name, but at 10p on weds Jan 21, he was the one running the drive-through. I hope he is a new(4-5 months?) manager because as soon as he appeared the spot went from a swamp to a promenade. Cheers bud, we appreciate you.

Today morning we bought some tacos / and fries , all tasted old and terrible. I threw mine and couldn’t stop kids as they were looking forward to.if u can’t give fresh why do u serve in the morning previous days food?

Super fast and very friendly staff. Sometimes the food might vary from the early PM to later PM but overall a great Taco Bell. Highly recommend especially if you’re in a hurry.

I usto leave this location as a last resort due to the rude, condescending service here but i have to say.. they have hired new help and it is wwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. My biggest complaint aside from food prep was the fact they issued sauce packs like Auschwitz limited rations. Literally 1 sauce pack for a number 9 and a chalupa on the side🤦🏽♂️ and thats if they chose to give you sauce. When you ask for more they give it to you one at a time and cut you off at 3. Not for the past few months! CHRISTIAN gave me one of the best drive through experiences in a while. I spent no more than 3 minutes from order to pickup! No hassle with sauces and he was very pleasant and professional. What a breath of fresh air considering this can't be said from many establishments in the area. Customer service is an antiquated tale now in days. I just wanted to take the time out and recognize christian for his outstanding customer service. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽
