I ordered a nacho bellgrande WITH NO BEANS AND EXTRA SOUR CREAM on the kiosk and this gentleman totally disregarded my instructions. This is the second time this has happened. I will make sure not to order food when he’s there.

Location never cooks chalupas correctly. This time, they gave us a bag of some hard shell tacos and cina-bites. None of the customized items and not a single chicken item so one diner could not eat anything due to not being able to eat beef. Supervisor oversaw order at the window and still managed to completely waste our time and money.
