Hidden gem, I had the turkey tips with the Memphis sauce, corn fritters, and collardgreens. All was delicious, and customer service was great. Definitely will be back.

Excellent food and people. We are from TX and are big into BBQ. I was worried about even trying BBQ in the Chicago area since we're almost food snobs when it comes to this. Thanks to some of the previous reviews we gave it a shot and were in no way disappointed. The brisket is exceptional here, I won't say it beats all I've ever had but it is absolutely top 5 and a welcome surprise for this far north. The rib tips are excellent along with them. I can't speak for the sauces as we couldn't have them, but that should just speak more volumes for the meat, it does to me at least. The staff are also pretty awesome, give this place a shot they won't disappoint you in the slightest.

I give this place a 5 star ⭐️ the owner is is a complete food gentleman lol he will make your tummy smile the baby back ribs are even good without the sauce come right off the bone cooked to perfection everything in the menu is made with love keep in mind when you leave this restaurant it will make you come back for more the corn bread is so amazing the brisket is soft and tender and the pulled pork and sides what can I say again they make there food with love they are so kind in there when you go in it’s a soulful place the aura is so positive thanks again definitely a hidden gem ?
Great barbecue. Test Kitchen BBQ is great food. Was driving by and saw the line of cars at the drive thru and thought it was a good sign. Went in and was right. Tasty food and great service. Very generous staff. All together a great dining experience!!!

The place isn't much to look at. I'm fact, it's actually a Brown's Chicken restaurant. Nonetheless, the brisket sandwich was delicious. It had great flavor, it was most and it was tender. I will definitely go back.
I personally go there for the prime rib! Last week when I went there they were all sold out. I was so disappointed. Going to try again this week... and corn fritters are must have when we do the drive.I drive there all the way from Lindenhurst. We need some restaurants desperately in Lindenhurst, how about a second location over in this town?

As always everything was phenomenal.I ordered my 2 favorite meals there. Brisket cut lean and catfish fried hard. Thank you for these perfect slices of lean BrisketMy visit today was even better than usual though. Even coming close to closed everything looked and tasted even better ?I couldn't wait until I left the drive thru to dive right in. It seems the menu board and a few other changes were made and it looks great. Keep doing what your doing. I love this place and wish there was a location in my city nearby.

The best BBQ I've ever had ! Brisket was melt away tender and smoked to perfection. This was a chance find as we live about 50 mins away but we are definitely coming back!! Highly recommend you give it a try. The staff is very friendly which is also a plus, and you really can't beat the prices!

SO GOOD! The brisket is so juicy is drips and just melts away in your mouth. Doesn't even need the AMAZING BBQ SAUCE they have. Still try it with both. We went back through the drive thru to get another couple pounds for home. Pulled pork is delicious, sides are amazing, sweet tea is excellent, cornbread is off the hook..what else you want from a BBQ spot? I live 45 minutes away in the northwest suburbs but will be back. Worth the drive, best bbq I've had since I did bbq competitions work with a bbq pit master. Idk if this is coming to every browns location but I hope so!
