The Frosted Baker is awesome! They are very easy to work with, their cookies are delicious and the staff are helpful. My cookie order was ready exactly when they said and they are beautiful. The cookies are also very reasonably priced and will work with you to create a design. They also package each cookie individually at no extra charge.

EXTREMELY unhappy with this business Totally unprofessional. Messed up my order - promised to rectify multiple times - that was 7 months ago. Still haven't made right and won't refund. Empty promises. I would not recommend them to anyone Filing with Better Business Bureau. I normally wouldn't take complaints to social media - but after multiple broken promises I'm done. Others should know to take their business to a more professional company.
