The COFFEE IS legit the BEST COFFEE I've had. It taste like cafe de olla.
I love that always accommodate my request; I order low carb tacos and they'll gladly switch out the tortilla for cheese.
I always order their consume de Cameron, 1 tostada de Cameron de cancun y un taco de alambre.
Y un side de nopales asados.

Toluca's is in my opinion one of the restaurants with the highest quality in its dishes and cleanliness in its kitchen ? in the Waukegan area. I have enjoyed their food at the restaurant, as we have ordered to eat at the office and satisfaction has always been the end result.
