Spoke to the owner on fb. Told them about the situation with the ID. Walked in, got my temporary ID from the DMV checked and questioned by the bartender, handed it to the owner. Everything checked out and was fine tonight until i got a snide remark yet again from the same bartender. Because limes wernt cut. Common now. Y'all need to get ur bartender in check. Right in front of the owner too. I'm good people... who bring friends from out of town into the bar. You are really making it difficult to enjoy this place. So dissapointing when ur regulars are the ones bringing me in and there's still a problem..

you could improve by not being rude to your customers. Especially those who are also in the industry as a bartender…

In the state of Illinois we have until August to renew our IDs because of Covid. I am 30 years old my ID clearly states that I’m born in 1990. there is no reason why I shouldn’t have been served. there is no law stating but you can’t serve on an expired ID when in the state of Illinois you are allowed until August to go to the DMV to renew it. Unbelievable. Terrible service. will NOT be back.
This is a great small town bar. The bartender was great the day I was there, she brought a snack mix to the table, and kept the cold beers coming. The atmosphere is nice and the people are friendly.
