Mangonada made with no chamoy and added only Tajin. We ordered Large drink but they filled 85% only. I denied to accept my order and staff said we cannot refund you. The guy say he made our drink as per company standard. He think like i am drinking first time, because he was laughing on me.

I placed an order and got up there that was fine but once I got at the window bunch of these girls were laughing and goofing around and when I got my ice cream she waited by the window and when I pulled away she screamed out loud on purpose scaring myself and my kid Who cried the whole way home! Not Happy I called the place right away to talk to a manager but these girls answer the phone and they said that there’s no manager on site so I’ll be calling back tomorrow!

Went here with my husband and nephew. Asked for a banana split, out of bananas, asked for a hot fudge sundae, out of hot fudge. No owner, no manager, just a bunch of young teens running the place and screaming in the back room.
This location is a dumpster fire.... employees are horrible and don’t care. Never have a good stock of ice cream. Avoid this place. Yet to have a good experience here. Than again, I have only lived by it for 8 years.... ?

I go to this location all the time and they always out of stuff that I want to buy this morning I went to buy a cappuccino blast they told me they were out, I went home and order through Uber eats and what do you know they were lying. Won’t be going back to this location not sure what’s wrong with them
