I ordered a cake for thanksgiving hoping to enjoy it with family at home. I ordered the week on Tuesday for Thursday. I arrive to the store to pick up (as this isnt my first time) and the store is closed. I am disappointed that I wasn't told that it was going to be closed so I could have planned ordering for another day.

Terrible location!! Everything is always out of stock here, the employees are rude and simply do not care about doing their job! I have been to this location multiple times and it's the same bad service every single time.

LOVE, LOVE Baskin-Robbins world class chocolate ice cream!! They have so many great flavors but world class choc is my favorite! If you haven't tried it, you have got to, it's sooo good!?

Love this Baskin Robbins. The owner is a very friendly and personable guy and the staff is very sweet here too. They are always helpful and allow you to sample the flavors they have to choose from. This location has a great selection of flavors and even offers a couple of dairy free flavors as well.

Well let me start by saying all i wanted was fruit with my Ice Cream. But they are out of bananas. Then to be told they are out of strawberry ice cream.... what!!! But then to revert to the basics.... but again they are out of vanilla. Went ahead and ordered a small but instead they decided to give us extra large!!! WTF do you want your customers to go into a coma? Worst! I will revert to McDonald’s ice cream after this last experience!

I have visited this location twice in the last 6 weeks. Neither visit went well. Last night's visit started off poorly because when we walked in the employees were blasting the music so loud that we could not talk to one another as we were walking in. The music was not turned down immediately either. The employees helping us were polite but quite slow to greet us with no sense of urgency while serving us either. Some of the ice cream in the case looked as if it was melted, had been left out, or that the freezer was not working properly. I had a special request for my shake which took 3 times to explain that I wanted half the ice cream to be substituted with the vanilla fat free yogurt. When they finally began to make the shake they ended up using the wrong ice cream for the other portion. To be nice I didn't make them change it I just accepted the alternative flavor because it was similar to what I had requested. At no time did we feel appreciated were sincerely thanked for our business. This after the previous visit which was also far from perfect, including product outages, leads me to think we will likely not be returning any time soon. What a shame because we passed by this location almost every single day.
