Terrible, I drove all this way to come to a store that claimed to be open online and even the light up sign was flashing the words “OPEN”, and it turned out to be closed apparently. The lights were still on and I tried to open the doors NOTHING. Like i thought u guys were open. 24/7 on the website. Bunch of slackers that apparently lock doors to willing costumers

Dunkin updated the coffee cup lid. The old version of cup LID was more comfortable. The updated LID is burning lips.
I loved Dunkin coffee, unfortunately, turning away from Dunkin.

Extremely disappointed with my last visit. I have a very specific order that has taken me a long time to perfect. I always order on my app so they can see the order in writing. I ordered a medium iced coffee and when I arrived to pick it up the man working handed me a large and said “I made it a large for you.” As if he was doing me a favor. I was too startled and just took it and drove away. The ratios for the flavor pumps I add in are for a medium, not a large. My coffee does not taste good because the ratios are completely off. He messed up my order and instead of remaking it correctly, acted like I was getting a freebie with a larger drink than what I ordered.

I've given this location more chances than I am happy to admit. I hate leaving negative reviews and try to do positive ones, but this place...ive had enough. They waste my money time and time again. Not only do they continuously get your order wrong on screen, but even if you clarify and it finally looks correct on screen, don't be fooled, your order will be wrong and money wasted. This visit, they did not include my cream cheese (who wants a burnt bagel with no cream cheese???), also my coffee order was wrong again after multiple corrections while ordering (literally a simple hot coffee with a flavor on their menu and cream only and they still got it wrong). One other time (of many[i know i should have stopped going long ago]), I asked for a grilled cheese and I literally got handed a box that felt light so I opened it and it was 1 slice of sour dough bread with 3 pieces of cheese, not toasted, not melted or anything. Just a piece of bread with cheese slapped on it. I asked what it was and the lady was so confused why I asked. I just can't with this location anymore. Terrible service, food, customer service, etc. Also, if you do get let inside, their bathrooms have no toilet paper ever. Do better for others, please.
