Super Over priced coffee, service is not good., and their hours are not updated… I guess they closed whenever they want. Need more improvement.

Drive-thru in the morning needs to do better they always mess up my order ? today I went and ordered a cappuccino blast (the cold one) and they gave me a hot one instead.

We ordered 2 hot lattes in the drive-thou and we received 2 cold lattes (not iced) hot lattes that had been sitting around long enough to get cold. I noticed when I got home, called the store to see if I can get a replacement sense I live near by and owner said yes, pick up replacements.
When I arrived and told them what management said the employee taking my order said they would only replace 1 latte, despite management telling me I'd get both replaced. After some back and forth they gave me the correct order, but not without a whole bunch of attitude and resistance.
I just wanted my two overpriced caramel hot lattes

whoever made my coffee today, a hot medium french vanilla latte, you gave me enough in my cup for like a mini size and i want you to know it hurt my feelings. However, my avocado toast was scrumptious like always.
