This DD never has anything, I go in there almost everyday to get a Capp blast and for the last month at least One day out of the week they tell me they āran out of the concentration to make itā Iām beginning to think theyāre just making it up. How do you not have it? I know itās not the Teens fault but the Manager Aranza has to get it together. The employees here are really nice & polite thatās the only reason I keep going back. I will also be calling corporate maybe than the owner will talk to the manager and fix the problem..

Great staff Monday through Friday. However, staff on Saturdays blows!!! Always opening late. Iām sitting here at the speaker as I type here. Says on this site that there open but Iāve been sitting here for nearly 10 mins with nothing. Get rid of the weekend staff!!!!!

There are several kisses that give me my order wrong because the ladies are always more attentive to the boys who come to the place to buy and do not pay attention to the orders they take in the carts. We always call to make our complaint but they never answer, we don't know who is in charge of the place but the ladies give bad service because they are entertained by the guys who arrive, at least that's what they show about their poor service. and service

I was asked to hold on as soon as I walked in and the lady never came back to the register. She ended up telling the younger girl at the drive thru to come to the register because she was visibly on her phone. The young girl took our orders and the gentleman started preparing the banana split I ordered and both girls went back to drive thru and sat on their phones while I was still waiting for two iced coffees. Once I asked who would be preparing my drinks they looked at the guy who was clearly busy already making my ice cream order. Then without saying anything she just made them and placed them on the counter and walked back to the empty drive thru. The guy gave me my ice cream made sure I didnāt need anything else and stayed put until I let him know I was all set. I donāt know who is running the store but for three people to be behind the counter Iām not sure why they stood around expecting the one who was the busiest to do everything.

Everytime I go in here the place is super clean. Ironically last time I went in there the employees were talking about cleaning stuff. The cleanliness is greatly appreciated! The drinks and food are good, the service is fast and employees respect the customer. Great location!
