All around terrible! Can’t ever hear my order right even when yelling. Definitely 50/50 if the drink is good. Got attitude when asked for whipped cream on my coffee because she didn’t hear me, this was in person too. I’m not one to write reviews but this Dunkin had me change today.

This is by far one of the worst dunkin' donuts out there. The food is usually overcooked, and the coffee extra watered down. They messed up my order, so I came back to get the missing items. I know mistakes happen, so I was cool about it. But I didn't even get a sorry or my mistake. They looked at me like it was my fault they messed up my order. Super unprofessional and just kind of unhappy, mean and rude. I'll go back to Starbucks, where they at least act like they want my business.

Received horrible service and nasty burnt coffee. They failed to cook my bacon and then they never said they didn't have seasoning for snackin bacon, followed by waiting over 10 minutes for the woman to figure out what she was doing. This location needs to get it together. I have called corporate as well. Would give zero stars but doesn't allow it.

I wanna say that the store manager Sophia is very disrespectful not professional I was texting her about my check and she said send me your info other then that you dont get pay when she had all my information when I got hired that’s dumb why she wants my info again ??? Please don’t work on this store workers make you feel uncomfortable
