I hate this is the closest dunkin to my house they never make your drink right and get mad at you for not accepting it. Over the past 3 weeks my drink has been wrong 4 times and it's always the same drink I think they are doing it on purpose. Management sucks as well never remade my drink.

What a great service they get mad a you when you have to go back and ask for the right order the lady in the morning shift. When they don’t look what they are giving and get mad for asking for what you pay!

I’ve given this Dunkin’ near my job several chances, but every time I stop by, I end up regretting it. The service and quality are consistently disappointing.

On my last visit, I let the staff member at the window know that my order was wrong, even though I’ve ordered the same item many times at other Dunkin’ locations without any issue. Then another employee inside started yelling toward the window, insisting my order was “right” and that I just didn’t know what I ordered. It was unprofessional and unnecessary.

At this point, I don’t plan to return. It’s frustrating because I kept hoping things would improve, but poor service seems to be the norm here. I honestly wonder where management is at this location.

Twice I have come here with a gift card and the (same) employee says I do not have a gift card balance. I say ok, give me the card back and I'll pay with cash- and suddenly they figure out how to ring up the gift card.
Do they want me to just say ok, and leave the gift card for them to use later? I'm not sure, but it's sure weird.
Make sure you know your gift card total and don't just let them "throw them away" for you.

Pros:
1) Very freindly staff (Casheer at window was great).
2) Quick order processing.
3) Drive Through: Easy to understand/hear, and fast line.
4) Order was correct: At other D&D loctions it's not always
5) Handicapped Parking aviable
6) Easily seen from road & on 1st floor

Cons (Minor, and due to Rt-59 not D&D):
1) Entrance: If coming South on Rt-59, you need to go EAST on North Ave, then go back North into a mall and circle back. This isn't really a "fault" of this D&D, since Rt-59 is a "divided Highway", and there is an entrance on Rt-59 if you were going NORTH (or West on North Ave).

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking.
I only visited the drivethrough, so I can't speak to the front door with accessibility.
