Twice I have come here with a gift card and the (same) employee says I do not have a gift card balance. I say ok, give me the card back and I'll pay with cash- and suddenly they figure out how to ring up the gift card.
Do they want me to just say ok, and leave the gift card for them to use later? I'm not sure, but it's sure weird.
Make sure you know your gift card total and don't just let them "throw them away" for you.

Pros:
1) Very freindly staff (Casheer at window was great).
2) Quick order processing.
3) Drive Through: Easy to understand/hear, and fast line.
4) Order was correct: At other D&D loctions it's not always
5) Handicapped Parking aviable
6) Easily seen from road & on 1st floor

Cons (Minor, and due to Rt-59 not D&D):
1) Entrance: If coming South on Rt-59, you need to go EAST on North Ave, then go back North into a mall and circle back. This isn't really a "fault" of this D&D, since Rt-59 is a "divided Highway", and there is an entrance on Rt-59 if you were going NORTH (or West on North Ave).

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking.
I only visited the drivethrough, so I can't speak to the front door with accessibility.

I asked for a frozen vanilla coffee and the worker made me a coffee that tasted terrible. She didn't even put a label on the cup. I didn't know what I was drinking, so I just threw it away ?

Stopped in at 1.45pm.Every table was dirty. And had been dirty since 10.30am (see receipt sitting on table). Three workers, standing & talking. Not one can wipe a table - not once in 3+ hours? It wasn't busy. At all. Also, no TP in ladies room. I cannot recommend the cleanlinesss at this DD/BR.

I have nothing bad to say about this location we stopped by Sunday 05/05/2024 at around 6:30am and everything was clean, the staff was super nice and friendly and they got all our orders right. Nicole was super friendly and her customer service was amazing. The other lady working there was also super friendly we just didn’t get her name. We would definitely keep coming back to this location.
