I didn't even go in. I was looking to try and new toasted sub and it's is 14.29 on the menu online. The just near my house is 12.59 for tge same thing
Why the fluctuations in prices?

I have ordered from this location many times. Many times, my order has come much later than anticipated and I have missed my window of time to have lunch. Then my sandwich is also soggy. But today, I placed an order from this location at about 9:00am. I placed an order to be delivered at 11:00-11:15. It never arrived. At all. The phone number of this location is not a business number. I called 2x about my order, thinking I had mis-dialed, but I woke some poor guy up both times! It is 4:30 pm and my lunch never arrived, nor can I call about getting a refund or talk to a store manager. JJ has been my go-to for the special days that I order lunch, but I will not order here again.

I had a disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The service was rushed, and the meat on my sandwiches was poorly assembled, hanging sloppily out of the bread. The employee rushed through my order without asking if I wanted any condiments. When I requested condiments, he walked me over to the large menu and pointed them out one by one, which was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating.

To make matters worse, when I asked for the condiments, he snatched everything off the sandwich and hastily remade it. At no point did he change his gloves, despite handling both the register and the wall menu — a clear food safety concern.

As a new customer and someone who regularly orders lunch for my organization, I was hoping for a much better experience. Unfortunately, this visit has made me hesitant to return to this location or recommend it to others. I hope management addresses these issues to improve service and cleanliness moving forward.

Bare with me on this, so for the long story,

I ordered a Giant Italian Club online for pickup. Unfortunately, half of my sandwich was missing (it was a 16 inch sub). Part of this is on me, as I could've told my wife the size when my wife picked it up. She was nice enough to pick it up on the way home while I was passing Halloween candy. I reached out to the store (called the # on the receipt and spoke to someone (I thought was lady) who was polite and offered for me to go into the store to correct the order or two free combos to make up for it if I gave her my information. This was appreciated.

So I went back today claim the combos (next day), my experience was very different. The employee at the counter was hostile right from the start. I explained the order was wrong, and the person on the phone took my name and number, and just to tell the person at the counter and they could look it up. The dudes immediate reaction, I could tell he was not believing my story and treating me in that manner. He was focused on who answered the phone, I told him I thought it was a lady, but insisted it couldn't be. At that point, it felt like he was trying to escalate the situation. I am too old to waste my energy over a sandwich. I could tell he was not having a good day, and said, cool its not worth it over a sandwich to him. I didn't do it in a disrespectful manner, more of just trying to deescalate the situation (I work in the service industry as well). As I started to walk out, he says "that is what I thought, the sandwich must've been good if you came back" At this point I am pretty sure he is trying to start something. While I tried to remain calm and try to my order details, hoping he realize I wasn't lying, the employee told me to "get the phone out of his face" even though I was standing at the counter just holding it up, and he was making a sandwich (5+ feet away). It was crazy surreal to me as I don't think I ever seen anyone so hostile immediately. I felt unwelcome and decided it wasn’t worth an argument, so I left.

For the record, I never raised my voice, or said anything in a disrespectful manner to him. I am not sure if people are trying to scam sandwiches or what, but going 0 to 100 like that on a customer is crazy to me. I left the receipt incase he does actually want to look at the order I placed as I could tell he thought I was lying.

I don’t want to disparage the entire store based on this interaction, as mistakes happen, and I've generally liked Jimmy John’s in the past. However, the lack of basic courtesy and hospitality I experienced was disappointing. Customer service makes a difference, and this particular experience left me feeling like I wasn’t valued as a customer. I hope this feedback helps with future training and interactions. I won't be going back to any Jimmy Johns in the future. I don't like to leave negative reviews, I might have done 2 in the past 10 years. Typically not worth the time, I just stop going there, but the employee went out of his way to make the experience terrible. I hope you get some help man, but taking it on your customers is not the way to go.

Absolutely terrible. Worst sandwiches I’ve ever had. Poorly made, wrong condiments and ingredients. Skimpy ingredients served in a nasty ball slapped on the bun. Slimey lettuce. Ignored request to cut in half. Sandwiches left on the porch, doorbell not rung. You’d be better off hungry.

We order from this location a lot due to the location, however we have yet to receive an order that is correct. We order sandwiches to be cut in half, not once have they been cut in half. We also order extra mayo and mustard packets again never once have we received them. Delivery person can NEVER find our location, even after we leave detailed instructions, we have to walk around the complex to find them. Good thing is the food is always good.

Used to go there a lot, but whoever helped me today was horrible. So rude and made my wrap incorrectly. He folded the tortilla in half before making my wrap and when I asked him to remake it without doing that, he just scoffed and told me that was a waste of food. I took the wrap as it was, but I won't be going back. Also, I was the only person in there at the time, so I wasn't holding up a line or anything.

I ordered a unwich gargantuan with Jimmy peppers on the fly. 1st of it was the smallest Gargantuan I've ever gotten. 2nd it was wrapped terribly, there was more meat on the outside than lettuce. 3rd there wasn't a single condiment of any kind on the sandwich it was literally meat cheese and lettuce. 4th the lady that I talked with when I called in to complain refused to do anything to rectify it accept give me a side of jimmy peppers if I drove back. I will say this is not a blemish on all Jimmy John's just this location. Worst experience ever.

Would not think this is a franchise. The staff treats it like a family run store. This Jimmy Johns is out of my way, but I go to this one all the time. Never mess up, always have a clean store and the staff is super nice!

Attentive service. Freshly baked bread with fresh cuts of meat. Delicious. Great place to take my brother who was visiting from out of town!

Vegetarian options: Freshly processed veggies.

Dietary restrictions: Wheat bread is an option.

Parking: Busy day. We had to park over 100 feet away.

Kid-friendliness: Friendly place for all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: Several ramps for navigating the curb.
